Tambogrande: Giant VMS Cluster

La Saucha VMS

PROJECT SUMMARY (1)

La Saucha project is located in Piura Region of NW Per at 550 m.a.s.l. It lies 45 Km

NE of World Class Tambogrande Massive Sulfide Deposit. The central claim
coordinates are: East: 601000; North: 9491000, zone: 17S, PSAD 56. IGN Map: 10C Las Lomas (1:100,000).

Accessibility is very good. Starting from Piura city by the northern Panamericana
highway towards Puente Internacional (Macar) at km 160 after Guineo Control, take
the bend to Ayabaca. Then after ten minutes driving, you find La Saucha village,
where taking your right you follow La Saucha creek dirty road for ten more minutes.

Mining property is 100% controlled by Quippu Exploraciones SAC, the first, private,
junior mining exploration company in Per. It consists of 400 has in Ana Lucia 2 claim
and 1000 has in Campanita 1 claim.

The project area is nearby an active, small scale gold vein mining district near Las
Lomas town.

PROJECT SUMMARY (2)

La Saucha prospect is a Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide (VMS) deposit located in

Lancones volcano-sedimentary basin, which is an important host for these kind of
deposits like Tambogrande VMS Cluster hosting more than 300 Million Tons Ore.

The average of the sampling surface is 1 g/t Au, 1 Onz/t Ag y 0.5 % Cu

La Saucha prospect massive sulfide potential is 10 Million Tons of Au-Cu-Ag-Zn-Pb

ore. It has an additional outcropping cyanide leach able oxide gold potential of 35,000
oz Au with 1 g/t Au average grade ideal for a low cost, low capital high profitable
mining operation.

No modern systematic exploration, neither drilling has been carried out in the
prospect. Detailed mapping and geochem sampling, ground geophysics and drilling
is required to properly explore the project.

LA SAUCHA GEOLOGY HIGHLIGHTS (1)

The host rock of the mineralization in La Saucha Project is Ereo Formation,

considered a regional VMS host in Northern Peru. The huge Tambogrande VMS
orebodies (TG1, TG3 & B5) are hosted in Ereo Formation.

The project area is fully covered with soil and vegetation, but inside creeks and at the
top of small hills, it is possible to see volcanic agglomerates, andesite-dacite
flows/dome exalites, quartz veins and gossan outcrops

La Saucha Prospect shows evidences to be the top of a Volcanogenic Massive

Sulphide Deposit (VMS) with Au-Ag-Cu-Zn-Pb mineralization in two anomalous zones
named El Potro and Jahuay. Geochemical sampling at El Potro anomaly indicates
elevated gold (up to 4 g/t Au), silver (up to 20 oz/T Ag), copper (up to 8.9% Cu),
zinc (up to 0.41%) and lead (up to 0.82%). Barium content is relatively low indicating
the proximity of the massive sulfide orebody. At Jahuay, Au-Ag-Cu-Pb-Zn anomalies
are comparatively lower, but Ba is > 1% in Barite veins in gossan indicating the top of
the massive sulfide system.

The preliminary potential for economic mineralization is given mainly in El Potro

anomaly. The outcropping dimensions of El Potro gossan (100% oxides) are 100 x 50
m. The rest of the area is heavily soil covered, but it is estimated that it can reach at
least 100 x 200 m with surface pitting and trenching with an estimated vertical
extension of 100 m, yielding a 5 Million Ton orebody. A similar situation can be
considered for Jahuay anomaly where economic grades would be buried no far from
surface. Estimated grades should be similar to the geochemistry table above.
27

LA SAUCHA GEOLOGY HIGHLIGHTS (2)

There is an additional good potencial for cyanide leach able oxide gold mineralization
over the same 100x200 area with an estimated 25 m vertical extend, yielding a 35000
oz Au resource at 1g/t Au grade. Both El Potro and Jahuay anomalies would then
host a 70,000 oz resource. Preliminary cyanide leach studies show average
recoveries of more than 75%. A small mining operation would be highly profitable with
a very low capital & operation costs (no strip, short transport distances, good
infrastructure).

Further exploration work will require detailed mapping, trenching and sampling and
later geophysical (magnetics and IP) work in order to identify more burried massive
sulfide orebodies (which commonly presents as clusters) in order to increase the
overall potential of the project. The final surface and depth extension and ore grades
must be confirmed by a proposed 1,500 m drilling campaign.
