progress to get quick corrective action or improvement program to Optimize and develop
production team for all project which are using of equipment.

Has responsibility in preparing the ready use of equipment in each time and to prepare analysis of
equipment productivity in operation by ;
1. Optimizing the productivity and making budgets of each equipment,
2. To prepare equipment cost estimate for a new project and / or for Preparation of prequalification proposal, bid proposal and all tender requirement for equipment cost estimate
3. Analysis and evaluation of equipment productivity and performance
1. Designing the Total Productive Maintenance Management (TPMM) which consist of
control of preventive & predictive maintenance, breakdown and trouble shooting, effective
and efficiency of necessary spare part application, and evaluation of result maintenance for
the forecasting of equipment repairing program.
2. Optimizing the productivity and making equipment cost estimates,
3. Analyzing and evaluating the useful-life of equipment or other assets and giving value to
know how far, it have achieved break-event-point to the return on investment of a capital
expense in order to take a decision.

to effective monitor of equipment productivity and performance
to make and manage of record and historical of equipment
to count the budget of equipment cost estimate every in the project,
