Gas burners and infra red technology

The technique is based on burning of premixed gas and air on a surface layer of a
porous and perforated media.
The combustion occurs in two modes, Radiant and Blue Flame.

Characteristics of Infra Red gas burners with metal fiber media

High Thermal efficiency and equaly spread heat

high combustion efficiency means low CO2 emission
low CO and Nox

Wide modulation
wide modulation band. However limited by the controls.

Anti-flash Back
maintained temperature in the burner is significantly lower than self-ignition
of gas-air mixture.

Fast Heat-up and Cool-down

reached target temperature within 5 sec and cool down within 1 sec
