Removal of existing Carpet and laying of new carpet at finished floor level by
floor levelling compound.
Dismantling of Managerial Cubicals & worksatation
Providing and applying two coats of 100% Luster of Asian / Burger / ICI make &
shade over one coat of primer to finished walls, gyp board partition etc, to give
an even shade including surface preparation (sand papering & applying puttty)
scaffolding wherever required, watering, curing, cleaning covering floorings etc.
all paint to be applied as per manufacture's specification etc, complete.
Full height 12mm thk. Toughned glass partition: Supply and Installation of Half
Height 12 mm thk Toughened glass & alluminium partition as per architect's
design with concealed fixing arrangement in the floor and ceilings fixed on to
"Aluminium C " Channel as/architect's instructions. The rates shall include
sealing all joints with non staining clear silicon sealant/uv treated, machine cut,
machine polished edge on the floor and concealed beading at the top. 2" x 2"
Kailwood framework, at every 2'0 x 2'0" spacing, vertically/ horizontally,
extended to the nearest structural members (continuing up to slab level) and
Covered with gypsum and glass wool.
The rate should be inclusive of all hardware and channels at floor and ceiling
level of approved make.

Frameless glazed door - size - 900 x 2400: providing and fixing 12mm Nos.
toughened glass door 2400mm x 1050 mm. The shutter will be fixed on Dorma
Patch fitting, Dorma floor spring. set inclusive on top and bottom patch, lock set
and floor spring. Rates to be inclusive of all necessary hardware fittings
including SS handle, lock, stopper and stay. Hardware set to be as

Providing and instlation of Mineral fibre suspended ceilng with tegular edge on
Sillhoutte Grid Ceiling framing, acoustic ceiling tile in size 600 x 600 having
noise reduction co-efficient of 0.7, light reflectance of minimum of 85% and
humidity resistance of 99% at 30*C. The weight of the system with the tile
should be minimum 2.5 kg/m2 and the tile should have class A absorption. Tiles
to be laid on Silhouette profile grid system with 15mm white
flangesincorporating a 6mm central reveal in black colour. Grid system
comprising of main runner, cross tee and wall shadowangle.support to be taken
from true ceiling. Rate should include making cut-out openings in tiles for
electrical fixtures, grills,diffusers, access panels and 6mm backing commercial

Supply & laying 2 coats of Birla white putty on internal side - Providing and applying
POP punning to walls of avg. 12mm thickness and above to line level and plumb;
required punning to be undertaken and completed in workman-like manner, to ensure
desired finishing standards, as per approval(s) of the Architects. The final finish should
be of a uniform and neat finish to the satisfaction of the Architect. All exposed edges
(horizontal or vertical) to have Beadex or (as approved by the Architect) Paper Faced
Tape for straight, strong outside/exposed edges, applied with manufacturers
recommended jointing compound, before finishing with paint of approved color/finish.

removing,providing & fixing of Skirting- 100mm high (on back coat of 1:4 cement mortar)
Providing and fixing of wall panelling with 12 mm thick ply as per the approved design
by the architect with laminate finish and 2mm thk groove.

DESCRIPTION

Removing of existing Raceway .

Providing & laying new raceway as per the drawings.
Supply & Installation of following size GI raceway / wire way with cover, made out of 16 SWG GI for body
and 14 SWG GI for cover.
Junction boxes to be provided with enough supports inside the box. Colour of the ceiling junction box as
approved by site team
The raceways shall be fixed to the floor with GI (25mm x 3mm) strips so that there is no movement of the
channels when civil work (pouring of cement concrete) is being done.
Rate includes necessary floor cutting and chipping with machine of minimum 50mm depth, removal of
debris out of site and neatly finished with M20 grade concrete up to the finished floor level and susiquently
levelled with floor levelling compound 1verage thickness 4 mm.
Race ways to be covered with Chicken mesh before concreting. Curing compound to be applied after initial
setting of the concrete.
All edges, cut faces shall be free of burrs & shall be smooth. Jointing of the race ways to be done using
fisher plates
The channels shall be earthed at the boxes and at the joints with 14 SWG bare copper wire with screws so
that earth is continuous.
Jointing of the race ways to be done using fisher plates & 'Slotted Channel' angle supports @ 600mm
interval etc., to suit site conditions.
