1. Executive Summary
To build a diamond Mall (actually give a feel/design of a shopping mall using 3d
elements in the limits of jquery, java etc.) the diamond mall will allow diamond dealers
to open their own stores inside the mall in few simple steps.

Gold plan which is free that will give to a gold member a basic store without the option to modify his store.
Platinum member that will allow the member to choose between 5 different templates with different layouts.
Diamond member that will be able to choose between all the template (platinum/gold) and will also receive
a custom cms to customize and modify the store as he likes.

Each store owner will receive an admin panel where he can upload his products, payment details, track his orders
and basically a basic store owner admin panel.
Each admin panel will be customizing with his own features according to the different types of accounts.
Admin of the shopping mall will get a fully details admin panel to control all stores, users, customers, clients and
everything else regarding to the system.

2.1 Product Description (Solution):
The proposed solution is an ecommerce platform which will give diamond dealers a platform to create
their own stores in less than 5 minutes. These stores will allow the diamond dealers to sell products as
well as create auctions for products in which other diamond dealers can bid.
2.2 Business Objectives:
The primary business objective can be summarized as providing a platform which will enable interested
diamond dealers to setup a store and sell their products. In return these diamond dealers will purchase
membership plans with varying features and pay a corresponding yearly fee to the ecommerce platform
owner.

Project shall be submitted according to milestones mentioned. The project stakeholders shall take a look
at the solution
3.3 External Dependencies:
Features which require additional input from the project stakeholders shall be external dependencies and
there might be milestone delays due to this dependency.

Since it's been mentioned that a basic ecommerce platform is required as a basis of the entire platform
most of the features of the ecommerce have been assumed as required. These can be removed or
added later depending on feedback.
