01 - First Questions
Answer each question giving Scripture references and examples, stating how the question may be related to you
and your life personally.

1. Has God (Yahweh) given us His Word, His instructions and blueprint for
life?
2. If so, how and why?
3. If Yahweh has given us His instructions (His Word), is it important - if we
are to live as His children - that we base our whole lives upon these?
4. As His children, does Adonai (the LORD) authorize us to add to and take
away from what He has given?
5. Does Adonai expect for us to strive diligently to conform our lives (emotions,
attitudes & actions) to His Instructions?

6. Do the traditions & doctrines of men carry the same importance as His
written Word?
7. Why do you so believe?
8. If Adonai has set forth His Word (His instructions and His Ways) are we
allowed to change or deviate from it in order to carry out His perceived
Will in our lives?
9. Is it because we know more than God that we set forth Church traditions
that are contrary to His written Word?
10. When Yahweh says specifically to do things one way, why do we choose to
do things another way?
11. Do we expect Yahweh to understand when we choose to deviate from His
ways?
12. If we believe he understands our situation, weakness, problems etc., does
that mean He approves of it?

13. If Adonai understands our weakness & tendencies towards sinfulness, does
that mean He does not disapprove of our non-conforming emotions,
attitudes and actions?
14. What is the biblical definition of sin?
15. What are the differences between unintentional & non-premeditated sin
and transgressions that are deliberate and premeditated?
16. Are all sins transgressions & are all transgressions truly sin?
17. In the time of Moses, by what was forgiveness of sin (unintentional and
non-premeditated) gained?
18. Could forgiveness and restoration be gained for deliberate & premeditated
transgressions be obtained, and if so how?
19. If we ignorantly conduct our lives contrary to the Word of Yahweh, would
that be considered sin?
20. If we do so knowingly?
21. What is the biblical definition of Christian?
22. How does one become a Christian?
23. Can a Christian sin?
24. Can a person be a Christian without truly living in total submission and
complete obedience to Yahweh and His Word?
25. Can a person be a Christian without truly desiring & attempting to live in
submission and obedience to Yahweh and His Word?
26. Biblically, what is an idol?
27. What things in the life of an average church person can become an idol?
28. What is idolatry?
29. Can a Christian commit idolatry, and if so, how?
30. Can a Christian knowingly live in idolatry?
