October 2014 - Present
Responsible for all food, beverage, general and fuel inventories valued over $700,000 of the 271 rooms of
Resort along with 400 staff.
Controlling the entire inventory module and managing the store with 4 staff including store helpers.
Maintaining the stock level according to the occupancy of the resort in avoiding the items unavailability and
excess stock.
Coordinating with Chef and the management for non and slow moving of the goods.
PR raising for all stock items according to the standards of ISO 9001QMS, ISO 22000 FSMS, ISO 14001
ENMS, HACCP, ISO 50001 EnMS
Well-maintaining the store with 5s system, FIFO, and LIFO.
Ensure the supply receiving, checking and arranging
Submitting the GRN and completing the month end targets on time and handing over to the finance division.
Preparing the Cleaning Records, Temperature Maintain Records of 7 Cool rooms, Consumption Reports,
Supply discrepancy Reports, Non and Slow moving reports, Inspection reports, Expiry, short expiry and
Spoilage reports, Supply and supplier discrepancy reports (NCR).
Analyzing the Gate passes both Non and Returnable items.
Have an ability of adaptability in all operational requirements depending on the situation.

Responsible for all food, beverage, general and fuel inventories of the 165 Villas with 37 water villas of resort
along with 400 staff.
Preparing PR on weekly basis considering the occupancy and raising the GRN and submitting to the finance
division with HODs authorization in ORACLE E-BUSINESS SUITE

Responsible for unloading goods, checking and arranging, maintaining Temperature, cleaning and preparing,
