General
This document is the technical for Cleaning Boiler unit 02 power Plant of
IRPC PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED with regard to safety in the workplace. That is
specified in the attached document bidding package. We are HYDRODYNE
SERVICES to prepare the proposal to bidding and technical step for Cleaning
Boiler unit 02 power Plant.
Summary scope:
This proposal and detail cover the requirement for the Boiler internal
cleaning, transfer oil and waste.
The contractor shall perform a detail cleaning,
Contractor shall supply all material, equipments and necessary in order to meet all
requirement of proper and workman like cleaning procedure;
1. Isolate blind.
2. Open and Close manhole.
3. Air Ventilation.
4. High Pressure water Jet/Manual cleaning inside boiler and condenser.
5. Mobilization and De- Mobilization Equipment and tool.

1. Cleaning inside Boiler
1.1.
Isolate blind System
1.1.1.Prepare blind plate at least 5 mm.

1.1.2.Survey blind point around Boiler.
1.1.3.Isolate blind reference blind list from IRPC
1.1.4.Checking and inspection blind.
1.2.
Open Manhole and Ventilation system
1.2.1.Open manhole. Over all.

1.2.2.Install ventilation system.
1.2.3.Start Air for Ventilation Boiler.
1.2.4.Check gas LEL and Oxygen reference standard value.
1.3.
Cleaning inside Boiler
1.3.1.
Cleaning Penhouse and PA duct
A. Prepare PPE and Confine permit approval by IRPC.

B. Prepare Oxygen alert and other safety tool ( SCBA standby).
C. Install lighting 24 V. inside penhuose and PA duct.

E. Remove ASH over all.
F. Manual cleaning inside penhuose and PA duct.
G.Visual inspection Cleaning by IRPC & HDS.

Cleaning Super heat, Furnace and Boundary air duct zone.

C. Install lighting 24 V. inside Super heat, Furnace and Boundary
air duct zone .
E. Start up High pressure water jet.
F. Cleaning Super heat, Furnace and Boundary air duct zone .
G.Visual inspection Cleaning by IRPC & HDS (Approved by IRPC).
1.3.3.Cleaning Economizer.
C. Install lighting 24 V. inside Economizer.
E. Connect hose at station air IRPC.
F. Air cleaning Economizer.
G.Visual inspection Cleaning by IRPC & HDS.

Final Inspection and De-mobilization

A. Final Inspection by IRPC.
B. Close manhole (a new bolt, nut, gasket and torque standard (If
any)).
C. De-blind (a new bolt, nut, gasket and torque standard).
