Bear nation (snow elves)

ice-white skin, blue patterning all across body, razor sharp teeth, black eyes
The snow elves are capricious and sadistic.
Dolphin nation (sea elves)
blue-green scaled skin, overlong webbed limbs
Sea elves are good-natured and childlike, but lack any of the trappings of civilization.
Hart nation (wood elves)
freckles, tanned skin
Wood elves are a grounded, open people, and the most diverse of the elven nations.
Horse nation (plains elves)
sun-beaten, darker-toned skin, smaller than average elves
The riders of the horse nation live for conquest and battle, always on the hunt for new lands.
Owl nation (grey elves)
small feathers instead of hair, including body hair, taller than av. Elves
The grey elves are insular and obsessed with the pursuit of knowledge.
Raven nation (night elves)
pale skin, black hair, occasional small feather growths
Raven elves eke out a living on the edges of civilization as pirates and cutthroats.
Spider nation (dark elves)
blue-black skin, red eyes, mouthful of sharp teeth
Though not especially malicious, dark elves tend to be at best cautious of outsiders and are by and large
a xenophobic people.

Swan nation (winged elves)

beautiful features, large feathery wings
The winged elves are the progenitors of the elven peoples, and the arrogant members of the swan
nation are always glad to remind their kin of this fact.
Tiger nation (lotus elves)
no body hair whatsoever, covered in tattoos
The lotus elves dissociate themselves from other elves in pursuit of more spiritual affairs.
Wolf nation (wild elves)
brown skin, tattooing on face, overlong canines
Wild elves are a supremely proud people, and although their numbers thin with each passing year, they
refuse to go gentle and fade away into history.

maggot-white skin, light coat of gray fur, large red, black or white eyes, slim, wiry bodies.
Southern horde
red skin, small black eyes, tall, thin bodies
Western horde
thick green-gray skin, yellow eyes, stocky, bulky bodies.
Lost horde
green skin, tall and muscular, pronounced tusks
Night horde
blue-black skin, luminescent eyes
