EXTERNAL SPECIFICATIONS
The ILLUMINA 100 series fixtures are manufactured
from high quality corrosion, flame and vandal resistant,
UV stabilized polycarbonate. Beghelli next generation
exterior flush latch clips are constructed from a fiberglass
reinforced polyester based resin to ensure the integrity of the
ILLUMINA 100 lighting fixture. An aging resistant liquid silicon
gasket seals the entire fixture. The housing is designed with
conduit knockouts at either end and also through the back. All
mounting hardware is constructed of stainless steel.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The ILLUMINA 100 series of fluorescent fixtures have been
designed to be highly efficient, architecturally pleasing and easy
to install. The reflector and diffuser have been designed and
optimized for the two [2] T8 or T5 lamps resulting in maximum
luminous output. The liquid-silicon sealing gasket combined with
the flush lens clips provide superior protection from moisture
infiltration. The Illumina 100 is also approved for through
wiring application.

REFLECTOR
The ILLUMINA 100 reflector is made of injection molded,
self-extinguishing, UV stabilized polycarbonate. The reflector
supports components including the ballast and lamp holders.
DIFFUSER
The ILLUMINA 100 diffuser is UV stabilized for durability and
provides superior light output. The ILLUMINA 100 comes
standard with a clear prismatic diffuser. On average, an increase
of +10% light output is achieved by using the clear prismatic
diffuser.
INSTALLATION
Surface ceiling, wall or suspension & rail mount. Suitable for
wet location installations.

INSTALLATION
The ILLUMINA 100 series of fluorescent fixtures are designed
for maximum installation flexibility. Multiple conduit knockouts
are located on either end of the fixture and also on the back.
Two [2] flush, stainless steel mounting adapters provided on the
back accept mounting hooks for chain suspension mounting.
The superior design of the mounting adapters avoids placing
the housing of the fixture under installation related stresses. The
diffuser is easily removed by opening the flush latch clips. The
parabolic reflector is held in place with an integral snap mount
system that engages and releases without the need for any
tools. Once released, the reflector can be suspended on the snap
mount providing complete access to the ballast and wire entry
while freeing up the installers hands.

LAMP TECHNOLOGY
The ILLUMINA 100 series of linear fluorescent fixtures are
available to be configured with T8 or T5 fluorescent lamps.
IP66 / WET LOCATION GASKETING
The ILLUMINA 100 carries an IP66 / wet location rating due
to the advanced liquid silicon gasketing that completely seals
the unit from moisture ingress. Lighting fixtures are especially
vulnerable to fire sprinkler activation since these fixtures are often
installed right next to sprinkler heads. The IP66 / wet location
rating ensures protection not just from ambient moisture but
also from jets of water like those given off by broken or activated
sprinkler heads.

HOUSING
The ILLUMINA 100 series utilizes a durable injection molded,
self-extinguishing polycarbonate housing and reflector. A liquid
silicon gasket is bonded to the ILLUMINA 100 housing at
the time of manufacture; this effectively seals the entire fixture
from moisture. Once installed, fiberglass reinforced latch clips
securely lock the diffuser into the housing gasket.
REFLECTOR
The reflector, designed specifically for the ILLUMINA 100
has a complex parabolic profile that provides optimal lighting
performance. During the manufacturing process, the reflector
undergoes an aluminum coating process within a vacuum
environment that produces a finish with an extremely high
reflectance factor.
DIFFUSER
The diffuser for the ILLUMINA 100 series is manufactured from
self-extinguishing, impact resistant, UV stabilized polycarbonate.
The high clarity of the polycarbonate and quality construction
ensure that light absorption is reduced to a minimum. The
diffuser is designed with an advanced internal prismatic finish
that promotes the conservation of luminous energy. The external
surface of the diffuser is completely smooth, helping to prevent
dust and particle build-up, while also facilitating simplified
cleaning, if ever necessary.
CORROSION RESISTANT
The corrosion resistant, polycarbonate material used in
the ILLUMINA 100 is resilient to most environments and
chemical exposure. Also, all mounting hardware is constructed
from stainless steel. The increased durability allows for the
ILLUMINA 100 to be installed in areas such as: fish farms,
greenhouses, chemical spraying areas, marinas, docking bays,
food preparation areas and hose down facilities.
