Objectives
At the end of the lesson 100% of the students are expected to:
1. identify the safety precautions in planning and preparing diagnosis of computer
system errors;
2. explain the safety precautions in planning and preparing diagnosis of computer

3. perform the safety precautions in planning and preparing diagnosis of computer

4. practice safety precautions in planning and preparing diagnosis of computer system

Procedure
A. Activity
Games: Message/Picture Relay
The class will be divided into five groups. Each group has its own leader. The teacher
will show pictures related to safety precautions in planning and preparing diagnosis of
computer system errors to each assign leaders. The leader will relay what is in the
picture until reaches to the last person to draw correctly what is in the picture.
B. Analysis
What are the safety precautions in planning and preparing diagnosis of computer

system errors?
Why is it there are safety precautions in planning and preparing diagnosis of

computer system errors?

What would be the possible result in not following the safety procedures?

C. Abstraction
The teacher will define the Personal Protective Equipment.
Ask: What are the Personal Protective Equipment?
The teacher will show a picture of different Personal Protective Equipment and let
the students share how these Personal Protective Equipment used and its
functions.

Ask: What will happen if there are no safety precautions in planning and
preparing diagnosis of computer system errors?

D. Application
Perform how to use the Personal Protective Equipment.
Assessment
1. Explain safety precautions in planning and preparing diagnosis of computer system

2. List down the different Personal Protective Equipments and give its functions.
3. Write your answers in a one whole sheet of paper.
