The subject Complaint Service has the properties to receive complaints from the
user and send any notification to the complainer regarding the complaint issued
such as This is a false complaint , This complaint has already been solved, etc.
The complaint booked by the complainer includes all the additional information and
proofs provided by him. Each complaint is given a unique complaint code .
The subject Concerned Department has the properties of booking the ticket and
notifying that the ticket has been solved to the admin
The actor complainer (has name, ssn, address, mobile_no) files a complaint using
the complaint services. The filed complaint will have a code generated and will the
sent to the app admin he will employ the officials to check whether the issue really
exists .If it really exists the he identifies to which department be should send it to
and the sends it to that department queue .

The above mentioned properties shall increase the transparency in the system,
monitoring and handling issues will be easier and the system shall become more
efficient
