PSCPL was established in the year 1981 by Mr.
G. Venugopal who has 30 years of experience in
Bright Steel Bars.
PSCPL having established three manufacturing
units in SIDCO Industrial Estate, Ambattur with
installed capacity of approximately 15000 metric
tonnes per annum which includes drawing,
peeling and grinding operations.
PSCPL is accredited with ISO 9001-2008
certificate by Bureau Veritas Certification (India)
Private Limited.
The plant operations infrastructure growth and
quality systems are managed by highly
experienced professionals and motivated
workforce.
PSCPL having serviced esteemed customer
requirements for many years is well aware of the
customers quality standards and will take
utmost care in meeting their expectations.
In addition to ensure smooth flow of operation
from start to end we have implemented full
fledged Enterprise Resource Planning System
(ERP).

Products &Applications ,
Our Bright Steel Bars are mainly used in
automotive sector, other than that our bright
steel bars are used in earth moving equipments,
aerospace and Energy sector. Our bright
bars/heat treated wire rods are used in the
following areas.

Machining
Cold Forging
Cold forming/Part forming
We are dealing with Free cutting, Semi Free
Cutting Steels, Carbon Steels, Alloy Steels,
Ball Bearing Steels and Mild steels.

Infrastructure
We have a full fledged production facility required for a Bright Steel Bar Manufacturing unit in order to cater all our
customer requirements and updating ourselves wherever required in order to meet the growing requirements in terms
of Quality and Quantity, we have recently upgraded our facility for removing the scales on the raw material using shot
Blasting machines for both wire rods and bars which help in providing uniform bright surface finish and better shelf life
of the material.
All our plants are equipped with state of the art plant &Machineries and fully mechanized material handling system with
EOTcranes.
We do also cater our customer requirements in cut to Length forms as per the customer requirements. We have a fully
automatic Bundle Cutting Machine which can cut components in a minimum length of 75mm to maximum 2 meters.
Chamfering at the end of the bars can be done up to 32mm dia.
