If the customer prefers to be reached by
phone, ConsumerReach displays that
preference and lists the customers
phone number.
The customer can even select an alternate
phone number to be used just for that day.
Regardless of which employee the customer
encounters in future transactions, the
system will remember the customers
original phone numberand the alternate
numberand prompt the employee for
verification.
