ADDENDUM OF AGREEMENT TO SELL

This Addendum Agreement is made at Gurgaon on 10th day of July 2016 (hereinafter referred
to as the Addendum of Agreement to Sell dated 19.03.2016)
BY AND BETWEEN
M/s BINDRA MOTORS PVT. LTD. [ Pan no. AACPB4653Q ] having its Registered office at 707,
Bikaji Cama Place, New Delhi 110066 and 1553-55, Church Road, Kashmeri Gate, Delhi
110006 through its Duly Authorized Director SHRI JAGMOHAN BINDRA vide Board Resolution
dated 17.03.2016 (hereinafter referred to as the SELLER which expression shall also mean
and include his heirs, legal representatives, administrators, executors, successors nominees
and assignees) of the FIRST PART;
AND
1. M/s RANS TECHNOCRATS INDIA PVT. LTD. [ Pan no. AAACR9272L ] having its
Registered office at 201, Samrat Bhawan, Ranjeet Nagar, Commercial Complex, Near
Satyam Cinema, New Delhi 110008 through its Duly Authorized Director SHRI NITIN
KUMAR vide Board Resolution dated 18.03.2016
2. SHRI NITIN KUMAR [ Pan no. AANPK5971B ] son of Shri B. R. Kumar resident of 3/60,
West Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi - 110026
3. SHRI SUMEET KUMAR [ Pan no. AAMPK7577Q ] son of Shri B. R. Kumar resident of
3/60, West Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi - 110026
4. SHRI AMIT KUMAR [ Pan no. ALYPK2217Q ] son of Shri B. R. Kumar resident of 3/60,
West Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi - 110026
(hereinafter referred to as the PURCHASER which expression shall also mean and include
their heirs, legal representatives, administrators, executors, successors nominees and
assignees) of the SECOND PART;
Hereinafter, where the context so requires the terms SELLER and PURCHASER shall
individually be referred to as the Party and collectively referred to as the Parties
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH
1. That whereas as an Agreement to sell executed between the above mentioned parties
on 19.03.2016 hereinafter referred to as Principal Agreement.
2. That it has been expressly agreed between the parties that because of non receipt of
transfer permission from HSIIDC, as on date, both the parties has decided to extend the
time specified in the principal agreement by 30days
3. That now the final date shall be read as 10.08.2016 in all the relevant clauses of
Principal Agreement dated 19.03.2016

4. That all other terms and conditions shall remains unchanged and shall binding to the
parties.

presents on the date, month and year hereinabove mentioned in the presence of the following
