This first semester is the start of the PT (Practice Teaching) of the chosen 4 th year
students. All of the PT students must have passed all the minor and major subjects from the
previous years. And due to an INC (incomplete) I, Laarni J. Santiago was permitted to retake the
subject for the reason that the previous professor of the said subject was not teaching at the SSC
(Sorsogon State College) anymore. So as a result, I was asked to add the said subject. I humbly
ask for your help in letting me retake the subject. With the approval of our PT instructor Mr.
Alfonso Garcia. I would like to ask help from you madam in giving me permission for adding the
subject.
