PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
BERGER Touchwood wood stains (SBZ) have been formulated specially for concentrated use.
These stains are very high in strength and can be applied directly or post application of AC lacquer on the wood and can be
further overcoated with AC lacquer.
These stains are recommended only for interior use.
RECOMMENDED AREAS OF APPLICATION
It can be used for different wooden doors and windows, timbers, natural wood and plywood for interior use.

APPLICATION DATA
Method of Application : Brush, Spray or Ragging
: Touchwood NC Thinner (to dilute the material)
Thinner
Thinning ratio (by vol.) : As required to adjust the strength.

SURFACE PREPARATION
In case of grease / oil contamination use Universal Thinner for cleaning the surface before sanding with suitable abrasive
paper.
For larger area wire brush can be used for removal of old paint.
For old and strongly adhered paint film on wooden surface BERGER Quick Paint Remover should be used for stripping the
paint.
Note : Sanding should be done along the grains only.

APPLICATIONS DETAILS
Stir the contents thoroughly before and during use.
Apply 1-2 coats of Wood stain directly or by thinning with Touchwood NC Thinner for lighter shade or apply 1 coat of AC
lacquer (Silkmatt / Matt) or AC Sealer, let it dry for 30 to 45 minutes, sand it using emery paper no. 400, wipe the surface
with clean / dry rag then apply the stain by spray application.
