First and foremost, I would like to take this opportunity to extend my special thanks
to our honourable guests representing Malaysia Building Society Berhad (MBSB),
including the Director of MBSB, Dato Jasmy Bin Ismail, and the CEO of MBSB, Dato Ahmad
Zaini Bin Othman and other MBSB team members, as well as representatives from Aset

Kayamas, namely the Founder and Chairman, Tan Sri Datuk Chai Kin Kong, the
Managing Director, Ms Yvonne Chai, and the rest of the management team members
of Aset Kayamas for making their best effort to facilitate todays signing ceremony.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
On behalf of Aset Kayamas, allow me to express my gratitude to all of you for
sparing us the time amidst your busy schedule to attend todays event.
I am honoured today to join the Director of MBSB, Dato Jasmy Bin Ismail, and the CEO of
MBSB, Dato Ahmad Zaini Bin Othman, in signing the important financing agreement

with Malaysia Building Society Berhad (MBSB), on behalf of Aset Kayamas Sdn Bhd.
Throughout our journey in real estate development, MBSB has extended its financial
assistance to Aset Kayamas, making it possible for us to continuously grow and
developed more residential projects for the public, including the bridging loan for
the upcoming projects, namely The Hamilton and The Haute, to be financed by
MBSB.

And today, with the official signing ceremony between MBSB and Aset Kayamas, it
has marked another significant milestone of Aset Kayamas, acquiring the bridging
loan of RM425 million for the recent Park Hill and PPA1M projects.
In addition to the bridging loan for the above mentioned residential property
projects, MBSB has also extended its financial assistance to Aset Kayamas through a
corporate loan amounting to RM40 million for the construction of the new
headquarters building of Aset Kayamas.
Located in Batu 5, Jalan Klang Lama, the new 3 -storey head office of Aset Kayamas
comprises approximately 50,000 square feet built-up area. As compared to our
former 11,000-square-feet head office with a capacity to accommodate about 150
employees, this new headquarters has extended its capacity to accommodating
approximately 350 employees. With such progress, we foresee a 10 to 15 per cent
growth of workforce within the next three months.
Driven by our vision to create a benchmark and become a leader in real estate
industry by delivering a sustainable growth to all partners within the group of
companies, Aset Kayamas is pleased to have found a solid and reliable financial
service provider such as MBSB, which has provided us with continuous financial
support. And with such financial backing from MBSB, it has enabled us to
successfully bring forth various residential property developments, including two
upcoming projects, namely The Hamilton project in Wangsa Maju and The Haute in
Dato Keramat, with a total loan amounting to RM200 million to be financed by
MBSB. With these two upcoming projects, we foresee a great market potential with
an estimated RM340 million of Gross Development Value (GDV) for The Hamilton
project and RM220 million for The Haute project.

Derived from a French word, The Haute signifies the concept of high-class, modern
living adorned with artistic architectural design, offering comfort, practicality and
style. Located approximately 3 kilometres away from KLCC, The Haute comprises
274 units with 6 different design layouts, including a limited edition of 22 Duplex
units. And one of the most remarkable and unique features of The Haute is the
Fireflies Garden created with sophisticated lighting technology, providing the
special visual effect of fireflies in motion, adorning the night sky.
Besides its various amenities to promote modern living convenience, The Haute is
also equipped with various facilities and settings for leisure such as Aerial Yoga
Deck, gymnasium, topiary garden and water features, a sky deck with an open
theatre, and so forth, to further promote a relaxing lifestyle amongst the residents of
The Haute within the bustling cosmopolitan city of Kuala Lumpur. The Haute project
is due for completion by the end of 2019.
With such new progress in the property development journey of Aset Kayamas, we
anticipate a much greater long-term collaboration with MBSB in near future. Again,
on behalf of Aset Kayamas, I wish to express our most sincere thanks to MBSB for
their continuous financial support to us.
It is such an honour to officiate the opening of Aset Kayamas new head office today
in line with the signing ceremony with MBSB that recorded another remarkable
achievement of Aset Kayamas in the real estate industry.
