and Malaysia Building Society Berhad (MBSB)
THE HAUTE Another Avant-Garde Property Project by Aset Kayamas!
KUALA LUMPUR, June 01, 2016 The official signing ceremony between MBSB and
Aset Kayamas has marked another significant milestone of Aset Kayamas, acquiring
the bridging loan of RM425 million for the recent Park Hill and PPA1M projects. The
signing ceremony between Aset Kayamas, represented by its Founder and Chairman,
Tan Sri Datuk Chai Kin Kong, and Malaysia Building Society Berhad (MBSB),

represented by its CEO, Dato Ahmad Zaini Bin Othman, witnessed by the Director of
MBSB, Dato Jasmy Bin Ismail and the Executive Director of Aset Kayamas, Michael
Chai, was held in line with the official launching of the new 3 -storey head office
building of Aset Kayamas located at Batu 5, Jalan Klang Lama, Kuala Lumpur. Also
present at the signing ceremony was the Managing Director of Aset Kayamas, Ms.
Yvonne Chai.
Through a corporate loan amounting to RM40 million for the construction of
the new headquarters building of Aset Kayamas, this recently built head office
building which comprises approximately 50,000 square feet built-up area has
portrayed another form of financial support of MBSB towards Aset Kayamas. As
compared to its former 11,000-square-feet head office with a capacity to
accommodate about 150 employees, this new headquarters has extended its
capacity to accommodating approximately 350 employees. With such progress, we
foresee a 10 to 15 per cent growth of workforce within the next three months, said
Michael Chai, the Executive Director of Aset Kayamas.
In his speech, Michael Chai has also expressed his gratitude towards MBSB
for its continuous financial support to Aset Kayamas throughout its journey in real
estate development, making it possible for Aset Kayamas to continuously grow and
developed more residential projects for the public, including the bridging loan for
the two upcoming projects, namely The Hamilton and The Haute, to be financed by
MBSB.

Driven by our vision to create a benchmark and become a leader in real

Dato Keramat, with a total loan amounting to RM200 million to be financed by

emphasised, With these two upcoming projects financed by MBSB, we foresee a
great market potential with an estimated RM340 million of Gross Development
Value (GDV) for The Hamilton project and RM220 million for The Haute project.
Derived from a French word, The Haute signifies the concept of high-class,
modern living adorned with artistic architectural design, offering comfort,
practicality and style. Located approximately 3 kilometres away from KLCC, The
Haute comprises 274 units with 6 different design layouts, including a limited
edition of 22 Duplex units. And one of the most remarkable and unique features of
The Haute is the Fireflies Garden created with sophisticated lighting technology,
providing the special visual effect of fireflies in motion, adorning the night sky.
Besides its various amenities to promote modern living convenience, The
Haute will also be equipped with various facilities and settings for leisure such as
Aerial Yoga Deck, gymnasium, topiary garden and water features, a sky deck with an
open theatre, and so forth, to further promote a relaxing lifestyle amongst the
residents of The Haute within the bustling cosmopolitan city of Kuala Lumpur. The
Haute project is due for completion by the end of 2019.
With such new progress in the property development journey of Aset
Kayamas, we anticipate much greater long-term collaboration with MBSB in near
