AIR REGULATIONS

1. An Indian Pilot with an Indian license is stationed in a country where there are no approved
Medical authority to examine and pass fitness for renewal of his commercial license, his license
expires on 12-1-94. Subject to production of a fitness certificate as per standards laid down,
issued by a registered medical practitioner in modern medicine, his license can be renewed to a
maximum of:
(a) Three months (b) Two periods of three month each (c) 6 months
2. The route to be flown while operating a schedule flight shall not lie at such distance more
than that which will allow a safe landing on the coast in the event of a complete power failure in
