Activity:
A small group of children can create their own tongue twisters by
agreeing on a persons name.
Each person in the group answers one of the following questions,
with each answer beginning with the first letter of the agreed name:

Week 1: Musculoskeletal System
Think about the last time you exercised. What activity did you do and what parts of your
body were you exercising?

Week 2: Heart
Risk factors are qualities or habits that a person has that make them more likely to suffer from
an injury or disease. Some of the risk factors for heart disease are being overweight, smoking,
being physically inactive, and having high blood pressure. Which risk factors do you think are
harder to avoid and why? What can you do to avoid any of these risk factors?

Week 3: Lungs About 22 million children in the United States are exposed to the dangers of
secondhand smoke from people who smoke cigarettes, cigars, and pipes at home, in their
cars, at work, and in public places. Which one of your relatives would benefit the most from
avoiding second hand smoke? (Dont name names, just state Dad or Sister, etc.)
