Special Instructions
GUI controls are self-explanatory:
MONO = monophonic legato
POLY = polyphonic sustain

RR = borrowed round robin on/off

STAGE = convolution on/of

External Controls:
Modwheel CC#1 controls the vibrato amount
Pitch Bend controls the speed of vibrato
Expression CC#11 controls volume/dynamics
