Classroom Technology Policy

Dear students and guardians,

This school year, we will utilize a number of technological tools in the classroom.
After reading, please initial and/or sign in the designated areas. This form will be
kept on file in the classroom. If you would like a personal copy, you may request one
via phone, email, or your student. Students will complete the following assignments
(these assignments are subject to change throughout the year):

Ongoing digital portfolio

Online Individual creative assignments
Use of Kahoot! for interactive material review
Use of Google Documents for group projects
Flipped Lessons in which students will watch the lecture at home and utilize
class time for facilitated, hands on activities

Students are expected to follow the set rules. However, if a student fails to abide by
the rules they will lose technology privileges. The student will be given two
chances, which will result in warnings. However, the third offense will result in total
loss of privileges. Please read the following rules, then initial in the appropriate
