Chemical Jug Rinse System

Chem-Blade is a retrofit
jug-splitting stainless
knife system which opens
chemical containers with
speed and efficiency.
Instead of operators
using hand knives to
remove caps and foil
seals off containers, they
simply bring the bottom
of the jug down onto
the blades splitting and
emptying a 2.5 gallon jug
in mere seconds. With
water supplying the built in high pressure rotary rinse head, the containers
are thoroughly rinsed leaving no chemical in the container, saving money
as well as time. Testing showed an operator can spray 25 to 45 more acres
per day with the time savings created by Chem-Blade. So, recouping the
purchase investment is possible in just weeks depending on jug usage.
Chem-Blade also empties bags of dry material fast with minimal effort.
Designed to fit into any tank with a 16 lid diameter.

Baffle Ball Tank Baffle System

Baffle Balls excel at suppressing surges in mobile
liquid tanks. Surge tests have demonstrated
that the correct number of Baffle Balls in
a liquid tank will significantly reduce liquid
surge, even with an abrupt vehicle stop.
Eliminating liquid surge effects improves
safety, reduces vehicle drive train stress,

and provides longer tank life.
15-3/4" diameter balls will fit into 16"
tank openings. Constructed of HighStrength Polyethylene (UV Stabilized). 1/8"
thickness and structural ribbing provides high
strength & durability. Holes shown so Liquid
displacement in tank is only 1.5%. Two piece
interlocking construction-will UPS. Quick installation. To calculate number
of Baffle Balls required, Multiply 0.075 x Gallons in Tank. Note: Not
recommended for agitating wettable powder solutions or for tanks requiring
complete washout when switching chemical solutions (Fluid retention only
1.5 fluid ounces per ball).
