SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
I, NATHANIEL ILLAGA VIRAY, of legal age, Filipino, with residential address at
L11 B4 Don Juan, Villa Cecilia, Brgy. Mambugan, Antipolo, Rizal, after having been duly
sworn in accordance with law, do hereby name, constitute, and appoint MA. CRISTINA R.
DURAN and RANDI CHAVEZ, both of legal age, Filipinos, with residential address at 58
Apartment G, Kamias Road, Quezon City, and any of their duly authorized
representatives, as the true and lawful Attorneys-in-Fact, for my name and stead, with full
power and authority, to do and perform the following acts:
1. To transact and negotiate, in my behalf, with Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS)
with business address at Eastwood, Quezon City, in connection with the acquisition,
processing, approval, and issuance of my clearance from HGS and the acquisition,
processing, approval, and issuance of my salaries, emoluments, and all other
monetary benefits arising from and in connection with, my employment thereto, in my
name, for myself, and on my behalf;
2. To file, process, submit, and claim, on my behalf, any and all documents, papers,
affidavits, statements, applications, certifications, and any other documents and
writings, as may be required by HGS in connection with my clearance and the
acquisition and receipt of my salaries, emoluments, and all other monetary benefits in
relation to my employment with HGS, and to receive aforesaid claims, salaries,
emoluments, and all other monetary benefits either in cash or in check; and if in
check, to encash the same as the designated bank, in my name for myself, and on my
behalf; and
3. To execute, acknowledge, and sign, on my behalf, any and all documents, papers,
affidavits, statements, applications, certifications, and any other documents and
writings as may be required by HGS in relation to the acquisition of my clearance and
to do such other acts that may aid in the administration of the above stated powers.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said Attorneys-in-Fact full power and
authority to do and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be
done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as the undersigned could
do if personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that said Attorneys-in-Fact shall
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents, holding the latter free and
harmless from any liability thereunder/therefor.
