As students our aim should not be only to learn theoretical concepts in the classroom, but it
becomes more important as how we apply those concepts in practices.
At present the world is running very fast. We are coming across many modern theories and
implementation of machineries, to start new business. We must have the knowledge of
theories and practical, through it, the student can able know about how to apply their mind in
the real business world.
This program of industrial visit and project preparation is aims to create awareness about the
industrial practice amongst the students.
The importance of industrial visit and project preparation has been widely accepted in the
education institutions. Thus knowing the importance of such practical training, BARTI is
providing us an industrial visit.

Dispatching the goods to storage is the operation conducted after the manager dissatisfied
with the contents of material receipt report and inspection so that they could be sent to
storage yard or warehouse for safe storage.
Dispatch is a procedure for assigning employees (workers) or vehicles to customers.
Industries that dispatch include taxicabs, couriers, emergency services, as well as home and
commercial services such as maid services, plumbing, HVAC, pest control and electricians.
With vehicle dispatching, clients are matched to vehicles according to the order in which
clients called and the proximity of vehicles to each client's pick-up location. Telephone
operators take calls from clients, then either enter the client's information into a computer or
write it down and give it to a dispatcher. In some cases, calls may be assigned a priority by
the call-taker. Priority calls may jump the queue of pending calls. In the first scenario, a
central computer then communicates with the mobile data terminal located in each vehicle
(see computer assisted dispatch); in the second, the dispatcher communicates with the driver
of each vehicle via two-way radio.
With home or commercial service dispatching, customers usually schedule services in
advance and the dispatching occurs the morning of the scheduled service. Depending on the
type of service, workers are dispatched individually or in teams of two or more. Dispatchers
have to coordinate worker availability, skill, travel time and availability of parts. The skills
required of a dispatcher are greatly enhanced with the use of computer dispatching software.

Collection of mail is regarded as the first step in the outgoing mail routine. The mailing
departments collect letters read for dispatch from different department through a messenger.
Collection of letters are done twice or thrice a day.
Regarding in dispatch register:
To keep a proper record of outgoing mail and accounts a postal expenditure, a dispatch
register is maintained. This register contains the date, serial no, address of the receiver,
content of letters, the name of the department to has send and the value of postage stamp.
Folding letters:
Latter should be folded carefully and care should be taken to ensure that letters are not folded
haphazardly. And important latter may lose its importance if these are not folded properly.
Folding can be done manually or with the help of folding machine.
Preparing the envelopes:
Before folding and inserting of letters, the envelopes are to be prepared properly. It should be
see that the inside adders of the latter should tally with the addresses of the envelopes.
Sealing and stamping:
After inserting letters and enclosures in the envelope the flap portion is sealed with gum.
Sealing work can be done manually or by a sealing machine.
Posting the mail:
The last step in the mailing routing is posting of the mail. The registered letters and VPP are
handed over to the poster clerk at the counter and the other types of letters are put into post
boxes. The urgent letters are put in G.P.O.s special arrangement scheme or R.M.S. (railways

AIRLINE DISPATCH- In airline operation in a few countries a dispatcher shares legal

responsibility for a flight safety with its pilot, and may delay, divert or cancel a flight if there
is reason to do so. This checks and balance mechanism supposedly improves the safety of the
dispatch system.
ROAD WAY The road way transfer of goods one place to another place. For an example
Nagpur to Wardha road by truck.
SEA WAY - The transfer goods or materials to one city to another city transfer to sea way.
RAILWAY - The transfer goods or materials to other places.

The company began its entry into the packaged drinking water business by setting up
distribution network.
The premium brand "Reliable Fresh" was launched in the market in the year 2013. The
launch was a phenomenal success due to strong distribution network and the expertise that
the company had acquired. The company has expanded the packaged drinking water business
by extending its geographical limits in distribution, capturing town after town, district after
district. Currently the brand is having its presence in all district of Vidarbha, few district of
Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh. The market response to the product is very encouraging
for the company. Taking this into consideration the company has also started its advertising
and brand promotion activities and also planned to launch TV advertisement on local
channels.

25, sawari Gondia.

SUGGESTIONS

The following are the prerequisites for the successful function of the schemes of workers
participation in management. Workers should be concerned with these prerequisites:
