Take Shelter Before The Storm

A great majority of people believe that stoning someone to bloody death either for
working on the Sabbath or for committing adultery is the actual commandment of
an All-Merciful-God.
The only reason that they choose to believe it is because of peer-pressure:
"Everyone says it's true, so if I say I don't believe it I won't be accepted in society."
And their deception gets further reinforced when their so-called All-Merciful-God
orders them also to stone to bloody death anyone who tries to lead them away from
his deception:
Deuteronomy 13:6 "Suppose someone secretly entices youeven your brother, your son or daughter, your
beloved wife, or your closest friendand says, 'Let us go worship other gods'gods that neither you nor your
ancestors have known. 7 They might suggest that you worship the gods of peoples who live nearby or who
come from the ends of the earth. 8 But do not give in or listen. Have no pity, and do not spare or protect them. 9
You must put them to death! Strike the first blow yourself, and then all the people must join in. 10 Stone the

You know what such people are like? They are like irresponsible people who,
although they see a storm approaching in the distance, instead of preparing to go to
safety they decide instead to bury their heads in the sand thinking that if they
choose not to see the storm headed their way that it will go away. But the storm
comes and as Jesus warned great is their devastation, because they built their beliefs
on a faulty foundation abandoning common sense in favor of fear. But those whose
beliefs are well founded are like those who built their houses on a solid foundation
the likes of which not even hell itself could prevail against. So you can't please all
the people in the world because the majority fears that which they falsely worship
and succumb to peer-pressure and threats which reinforce the deception-process.

Perception Is Reality
A bird landed on the window sill and a girl observing it thought, "How
beautiful! Let me fetch some bread crumbs," and she opened her hand
with the bread crumbs and the bird landed in the palm of her hand and
began to enjoy them. She thought, "What a wonderful creature to behold
and to be with this bird is."
Another day the bird was enjoying the shade from the branches of a tree
when it spotted a delicious juicy looking worm below. As it swooped
down from the branch the worm became aware of the bird too late and it
realized, "My worst nightmare has come to pass! That monster is going to
swallow me!"
So what is the reality of the bird? Is it a wonderful creature to behold and
to be with? Or is it a monster straight out of a nightmare?
The reality of the bird depends on whether it is being perceived by a worm
or by a kind and loving human being.

The Only True Source Of All Bliss

The true source of all bliss comes from having relationships with admirable people.
Happiness is only truly experienced when it can be shared with others. The Buddha
once rebuked his companion, Ananda, for saying "Having admirable friends is half
of the holy life!" The Buddha corrected Ananda, saying, "Do not say so, Ananda,
for having admirable friends is the whole of the holy life!" Indeed, the Buddha
views his own relationship to all of existence as the Fatherly kind, and the Christ
views his relationship as that of a brother to us all. In both cases, there is a
companionship. Relationships for human beings are really the only true source of
happiness. Bliss is experienced when all of our companions are secure, and sorrow
is experienced when someone who we are related to suffers. After Buddha's
enlightenment he sought out a higher being to whom he might pay homage, and
finding none he decided to honor the dharma itself.
So the greatest blessing to have in life, one that even Buddha himself confirmed, is
to feel completely humbled from admiration of someone, and for all the right
reasons. Without any such person as an anchor, or at the center of one's universe,
life would seem somewhat disappointing and then only possible to overcome such
disappointment by being that person. That's the reason Christ was given so life
would have that much more fulfilling meaning and also His Gift of The Holy Spirit
by which to enjoy all the faithful and true eternally. For both Buddha and Jesus, it is
offering The Gift of The Holy Spirit in an eternally-secure relationship with the
Son, who was made both Lord and Christ, in His Heavenly Fathers Kingdom that
enables everyone to experience the bliss of God.
