Internal Power Units

Motor, pump and oil reservoir are

Hold Down Lugs
Hold down lugs enable lift table to be

Flow Control Valve

Provides incremental control of
descent speed. Eliminates the
possibility of the platform
plummeting in the unlikely event of a
Limit Switch

Upper travel limit switch stops motor
when lift table is fully extended. Can
be adjusted to limit travel to any
height.

Maintenance Chocks
Lock lift table in fully raised position
for safe maintenance access.

Roller Retainers
Roller axles are captive within the
base frame and platform to eliminate
the possibility of upending the
platform.
Lift Tables Options

Oversized, Low Pressure Hydraulic

Cylinders
Low operating pressure extends the
life of the cylinder and other
components. The cylinder rods are
hard chromed to reduce wear and
corrosion.

Vent Line
A clear vent line from the cylinder rod
seal to the tank provides a visual
indication of any oil bypass within the
cylinder and prevents oil spilage

Safety Bar
This highly effective safety device
halts the downward motion if an
obstruction is met during ascent.

Lift Table Controls

A choice of footswitch, hand held
pendant, surface or pedestal mounted
pushbutton control.

IP56 ELECTRICAL
INSTALLATION
Electrics to IP56 degree of
protection (to AS1939) for outdoor
or washdown applications.

SPECIAL PIANT
Standard enamel finish is red with
yellow safety bar. Special colours or
paint formulations can be provided.

EXTERNAL POWER UNITS

Hydraulic power unit can be
external to the lift table, connected

ACCESS HATCH
Access hatch in the platform allows

Entire platform can be hot dipped
galvanised for enhanced durability
and corrosion resistance.

LIFTING LUGS
Screw in lifting lugs for easier installation,
especially for installing into a pit. The
lifting lugs can be removed after the lift
table is installed.

FORKLIFT SOCKETS
UNDERNEATH
Forlift sockets can be incorporated
into the base frame for easy
relocation of the lift table (lowered
height increased).

PERSONNEL LIFTING
Includes handrails, gates, safety

Scissor Lift Tables - Doubles Information:

For greater lift height with a smaller footprint our Double scissor lift tables are used
as personnel work platforms, as cargo lifts between levels, as mezzanine lifts, for
automated palletizing systems, and for positioning test apparatus or tools.
These tables are available upto 4000kg capacity and 4000mm of lift. Contact Active
Lifting for applications outside this range.

LOLIFT

The LoLift ultra low profile scissor lift table is ideally suited for use with a hand pallet truck.
With a capacity of 1000kg's and a low height of just 40mm the Lolift can be used in applications where wheeled
access onto the lift deck is essential, including hand pallet industrial applications. The LoLift is also available as a

SMARTLIFT
Intelligent lifting

For maximum safety and performance, our hydraulic lift tables are fitted
with a Smartlift control box.
Diagnostic Function

Diagnostics are insurance in the event of a braekdown. LED indicator lights help
to pinpoint faults. A fast diagnosis gets your SmartLift up and running again
sooner.
Indexing Function

During pallet loading, the lift table often needs to drop the same amount of time when another layer of goods is added.
Pre-set this time with SmartLift then just "dad" the down button when ready for a new layer.
This means extra productivity. SmartLift can be switched from indexing to manual modes in seconds without special
controls or an electician.
Safety Recoil

If the safety bar senses something as the table lowers, it will instantly move up and away for a short distance. The
ultimate in safety.
Cycle Counter

SmartLift has cycle counter so that customers know when serving is due. Regular maintenance avoids breakdowns and
encourages longer life.
Safety Bar Alarm

The standard safety bar stops the lift table going down as soon as it comes into contact with a person or obstruction.
The SmartLift alarm provides an added level of safety, alerting others nearby that the lift table has sensed something or
someone
TURNTABLES
A wide range of manual or powered option,
including:
1. PALRING fixed to platform
2. PALDISC fixed to platform
3. FLUSH MOUNT PALDISC (picturred), set into the platform for the ultimate in hand pallet truck access.
4. POWERED TURNTABLE for palletising applications. Can be matched with wrapper mast for stack and wrap.
