Background:

San Andres I Elementary School is located


in the heart of the Barangay, near the school are
houses of the people living in the Community. It
is along the road. The transportation facilities are
accessible. Being considered as one of the
farthest Barangays, It is located at the
northeastern
portion
of
the
town
with
approximately 6 kilometers away from its town
proper. The site is conducive to learning. The
school is surrounded by concrete perimeter fence
and it has also grills that makes more attractive
to the people. At its fenced with pure hollow
blocks. There are mahogany trees and nara trees
inside the school that serve as shade.

Factors continuing to the underachievement of


NAT in most of the subject areas could be
attributed to; teacher teaching in Science is a
non-major, number of books to students ratio is
not 1:1, teachers are overloaded to conduct
remedial classes, Pupils Teacher Ratio.
Other Activities:
Organized classroom officers from Grade I-VI.
Organized Supreme Pupil Organization.
Registered Pupils in Kab, Boy Scouts, Star and
Girl Scouts Organization.
Selected Pupils of Grades V-VI participated in the

Teaching Aids
Computer Aided Instruction and TVs will
be used by teachers on teaching learning
situation. Materials such as tarpapel, Cartolina,
manila papers, pictures, flashcards, and charts
are also used by teachers as teaching aids.
Recycled materials such as new papers,
boxes, cans and Styrofoam are also used for
instructional materials
