Major Developments

QSTec Enquiry Received, Attended the Pre Bid Meeting and Site Visit,BOQ prepaired by Mr.
Salauddin with reference to tentative rates shared by QSTec unofficially. Bid date is extended to
20th Dec 2015.

Rassem Eng Consultancy(Seemans Co.) sent us ITB for a building construction, which we
acknowledged with approval from Mr. Ravi., Docs of Tender will be collected on 14th dec 2015 as
requested by Rassem Er.

KLJ Organic Qatar floated Tender, on 21/Nov/15, have asked us to meet for pre bid meeting on
20/dec/15, for which quuestionaire has to be prepaired, will be foolowing up for the same with
estimation team.

Habtoor Leighton Group has sent us a PQ format, which we have to send them asap for Vendor reg.
but we do not have Workmen Compensation policy(Payment Awaited), HLG has a Water Pipeline
project in hand.

Kentz Qatar has 3 projects in hand, of which Zero Lekage Project (ZLD) RFQ will be given to us by
January. 2016
Trags is intrested in a project wise JV, and also interested in doing fabrication for us for our FATA
project, also they have been approched for HVAC contracting work for KLJ JOB in qatar, they are
positive and their details have been shared with the estimation team.

Pre bid Meeting scheduled with KLJ on 20th Dec 15, at 10:30 am to 11:30 am, me and Mr. Vijay
Mohan will be attending the same, with the list of questionaire prepiared by the estimation team.
