I found the images on the Internet then brought them into Photoshop. I placed
the ocean images together and lined up the horizon so that it appears to be
one ocean. I then used the opacity to blend the ocean and clouds into a gradual
blend. I then placed the image of Christ and the girl. I used the opacity to make
Christ visible, but to give the illusion that he is with us in spirit. Opacity for
Christ was set to about 20% and gradually faded beyond that.

Using images I found from the Internet, I brought them into InDesign. I used
Photoshop to cut out some of the images like the dolphin and penguin on the
inside of the fold. I also created the bubbles in InDesign using the shape tool
with the gradient tool. The logo on the back left corner I created in Adobe
Illustrator. I used mainly the shape tool as well as the pen tool to create the
shapes I desired. Around the cut out images, I placed a text wrap so the body
copy would go around the images without interference.

I started by creating the logo in Illustrator. I used the pen tool to create the
shell. I then used Photoshop to cut out the image of the woman that runs the
business. I used a sand texture as the background and dropped the opacity to
about 18%. I used logos found from the Internet for the social media networks.

Objectives:
Process:
I started this design by using a lot of the information and images from the
previous business card. I set the background opacity to 18% and the seashell
to 10%. I used InDesign to create the layout. I cut out the Seaside Wellness in
the logo in Photoshop so I could place just the shell. I used the selection toll to
accomplish that. I created the lines on the edges using the line tool in InDesign.

Process:
I started by creating a new logo in Illustrator. I used the trunk of the elephant
to start the name of the company. I tried to find a font to match the trunk
of the elephant while still giving an outdoor safari feel. Using HTML I created
the skeleton on the web page with all of the things it would have. I then used
the CSS coding to put the images where they are. The text where it is. The
background where it goes. As well as the effect of the opacity of the box. It is
set to about 60%.

Objectives:
Create logo.
Understand gray scale effects.
Process:
Using Illustrator, I used the shape tool to create the ice cream top and the
waffle cone. The colors were pulled from images of actual strawberry ice cream
and waffle cones to help with reality. I used a line tool to get the effect of
the waffle cone and chose a certain line style to give it sharpness and appeal.
A complimentary font choice adds to the professionalism of this logo and
company.

Objectives:
Better understand Photoshop in order to create shapes and have clear crisp
images.
Process:
I started by choosing the color scheme I wanted to use, triadic. This helped me
know what colors to incorporate that would compliment each other. I created
the house, roof, and windows in InDesign and imported them into Photoshop.
The picture used is one that I took and edited in Photoshop. I made the photo
brighter and toned down the red on the lips of the baby.

Using InDesign I uploaded and cropped the photo used in this design. The L in
leadership was created by me using the line tool. I created the lines to match
the chosen font. I mad the background black with white text to make it unique
and still have a strong contrast.

Process:
I scanned in the image from a Sports Illustrated magazine and cropped out
about 70% of the image so I only had the basketball hoop. Using the shape tool
I created the outline for the basketball. I then used the line tool to create the
lines on the basketball to give more of a realistic feel to it. I chose the colors
blue and orange because they are complimentary
