• A complete project on the process of detoxification of waste water using solar energy with self
assembled lab size unit for analyzing theoretical results with actual.
• The waste water was treated with solar energy for weeks to purify and reuse of water for
agriculture.
• This lead to cost cutting of water purification system and cost comparison was done with other
methods such as chemical and other biological means.
GRADUATE PROJECTS
 Project Management
• Created a plan to organize, manage and control activities of an international conference of ASEM
which will be held in Lubbock during year 2011
 Managing Operation in the Time-Shared Jet Business
• Used the tools related to optimization and achieving the low cost model with various constraints
in real time conditions.
 Electro spinning Nanofibers
• Study in depth the process of electrospinning the nanofibers of polymers and composite materials.
• Study of different collector plates used and its effect on the quality of the nanofibers.
 System Analysis: Failure mode Analysis and its cause
• A detailed study to find the root cause analysis of any event.
• Using an example of nuclear plant accident (Chernobyl).
• Used tools to effectively point the cause and to prevent the occurrence of the same in future.
 Facility design of Nano-manufacturing lab in Industrial engineering department at Texas Tech
• The layout was redesigned using different approaches to minimize travel time and reduce waste
(Graphical method, weighted average, total closeness rating)

“Design and optimization of “Vertical Parting Core Shooting Machine” Aug’07-April’08
• Project carried under Kelsons Engineers & Fabricator, Kolhapur, INDIA
• Complete design and lab size model was prepared for demonstration of the operation.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
• I was awarded “The Best activities coordinator” at my Undergraduate level.
• I have participated in many National level technical paper presentation competitions at my Undergraduate
Level and stood among top five performers.
• I was the President of the students’ Association of my department at Kolhapur Institute of Technology,
Kolhapur.
• I have organized many Technical and Cultural Events at my school and college levels.
• I have participated as a team in all the events at my college and most of the times selected to head one
activity.
