The Amy Scarf was originally knit for my Maid of Honor, Amy. We grew
up together in Wisconsin, where a large, thick scarf like this is very useful
in the winter!

Pattern Notes
The sample scarf was knit with 6 skeins of Debbie Bliss Rialto with very
little left over. If you wish to swatch or make a longer scarf, purchase an
extra skein.
The main cable pattern flows out of and into 3 rows of k2, p2 ribbing at
the ends of the scarf.
An i-cord edging is worked onto both sides of the scarf as follows:
1. K1, sl 1 wyif, k1 at both ends of all RS rows
2. Sl 1 wyif, k1 sl 1 wyif at both ends of all WS rows.
Exact gauge for this project is not important. However, be sure to wash
and block your swatch before checking gauge; Debbie Bliss Rialto may
relax considerably after washing.
All stitches should be slipped purlwise unless otherwise indicated.
