buildDisciples,DisciplesbuildPeople,&PeoplebuildChurches.
The SPIRIT-FILLED life is powerful when Embraced-theHolySpirit
empowersustolive&beawitnesstoall.
The PEOPLE are our INCENTIVE-WeLOVEPeople.Peoplearenotameans
toanend.Theyarethemeanstoallwedo.
The CULTURE must be HONORABLE-Wegivehonortothoseabove,beside,
andunderourinfluencebecauseofthecallingandpotentialGodhasplacedin
them.TheLordhascalledustoHonor,notinsensitivesarcasmorscrutiny.
The CHARGE is SERVANTHOOD-TowelscomebeforeTitles.Promotionof
SelfstandsdownasServingofOthersrisesup.Thegreatestleaderswillbethe
greatestservants.
We value WORSHIP-Worshipisalifestyleexpressedingratitude&praise

Visionoverourpeople.WewillliftupthenameofJesus&Hewilldrawallunto
Himself.Ratherthanusingourplatformtocondemn,theTruthofHisWordand
thePowerofHisSpiritwillleadthemtoconviction&change.
We will keep it Simple-Simplicitybreedsexcellence&allowsustomaintain
authenticity.Complicationcausesconfusion.WewillkeeptheMainThing,the
MainThing.
EVERYONE CAN HELP ACCOMPLISH THE VISION BY:
1. PRAYING
Then He said to His disciples, The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.
Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into His harvest
field.

2. GOING
Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go
for Us? Then I said, Here am I, Send me! He said, Go and tell this people
Isaiah 6:8-9
3. GIVING
Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy
and where thieves break in and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in
heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break
in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also

An overview of the Mission of Chris and Megan Frye in Consideration for the
Pastorate of New Hope Fellowship, Eunice, La. Information is formatted to
communicate overall objectives. Strategies and specifics not including Spiritual
absolutes are subject to revision.

The GOSPEL
From Top to Bottom everything that we do is centered and directed toward the
Message of the Gospel! Romans 1:16 is the Core of our lives! This is the
Motivation that keeps us pushing forward in all seasons of life!
The Gospel is the LIFE of Christ from Birth to Death to Burial & Resurrection, but it
does not stop there. We know after the Resurrection Jesus walked the earth
Evangelizing the Power of His Resurrection. He was so changed that even His
Disciples did not recognize Him. After sharing the Fulfillment of Heavens
Redemption for 40 days to approximately 500 people, He told them all to go to
Jerusalem & Wait for the Holy Spirit to come upon them & Empower THEM to be a
witness! (as He was) Now we are to be Filled and Led by the PERSON of the Holy
Spirit (parakletos-One liken unto Christ, Who comes along side us) The Gospel
continues as Christ sits at the right hand of the Father continuing in Prayer for us &
fulfilling His promise in Matthew 28, And lo, I will be with you always! We are
motivated by the LIFE (Past, Present, & Future Existence) of Jesus and the Fullness
of His Gospel!

Our Motive for New Hope & all Leadership is our Purpose Statement :

Passionately Plugged-In to Pursing Gods Purpose for

People!
This purpose statements describes the 5 essentials of the Gospel referenced
throughout Scripture & presented specifically in the Greatest Commandments &
the Great Commission:

Ministry
Evangelize

Teaching them to Observe

Go & Make

Everything we plan, program, or implement into Ministry will fulfill one

or all of these 5 essentials at some level. From Sundays &
Wednesdays to Small Groups & Special Events, it is our desire that
every Person will learn & apply these Essentials & this Purpose
Statement as an active member of our Fellowship.

Every Person in our Ministry can be placed into one of the following Categories:
Community, Crowd, Congregation, Committed, or Core

The Core is an
Elite group of consistently, committed persons completely plugged-in to the
purposes of New Hope & more importantly Christ at every level. This would be the
most diligent reliable members of our Leadership who are not only active currently,
but growing and always in pursuit of more.
The Committed are those who are faithful and reliable in many areas. Even as
much as committing to be a part of the Discipleship & Leadership team, they do not
quite desire an increased ministry responsibility.
The Congregation is every individual of New Hope. They attend some aspect New
Hope & are a viable participant at some point on a weekly basis.
The Crowd are those we see occasionally but not regularly. This is the group we
desire to target more regularly with First Wednesdays & other fellowship-friendly,
camaraderie-building events. This is the group we desire to train our Core thru
Congregation members to connect with more intentionally! We desire to move
through relationship to the Congregation & Committed level; ultimately into the
Core!
The Community consist of the Ones we are After!
Luke 15 (Parable of the Lost Sheep, Lost Coin, Prodigal Son)
The Unreached masses across this region that do not have a relationship with Christ
& we are called to Seek & Lead to Him. They are families, friends, and potential

followers of Christ we desire to see the Holy Spirit use US to reach with the
transforming Power of the Gospel!

Sunday Morning Service:

-Aimed @ Inspiring the Core thru Congregation members to CONNECT more

Intimately to Christ & more Intentionally to the Crowd & Community
-Sensitivity in yielding to direction & guidance of the Holy Spirit as to specific order
& focus on a weekly basis
-Intentional Inclusion of the Teaching & Pursuit of the Baptism of the Holy Spirit

Wednesday Night:

-Expository Studies, Childrens & Youth Ministries Big Event

Leadership:

-Staff Meetings- wkly devotions, prayer, planning, &

developmental time.
-Board Meetings- Monthly Devotions, Prayer, Reports, & Business
-Leader Meetings- Quarterly gatherings with all Church Leadership

Sunday School (A.R.C)- Time for His Word to be Revealed

A- All scripture is God-Breathed (2Timothy 3:16)
R- Revealed to us by His Spirit (1 Corinthians 2:10)
C- Christ makes us New (2 Corinthians 5:17)
