Origins of the Governments and its purpose

Optionalism states that the types of government the different societies follow today are
the results of people’s agreement to follow a single and unifying option with the sole
purpose of attaining the divine option of all. In the formation of a government, what
influenced people to opt for the option of either following Democratic, Republican,
Communist and others are influenced by the options people themselves follow
individually. Intertwining the idea that all options are interconnected, an example on how
governments are formed and established is when a person follows a certain kind of
ideology-lets use democracy as our example. Certainly, another would be following the
same ideology; though the second person would offer another type of democracy because
of the options he is following. And gain, another person would decide to fulfill the option
of democracy but of a different type again and so on and so forth. Then, when there are
enough numbers of people and they see that the options they are taking are
interconnected to a certain degree (though different features but the same idea-
democracy) they will come together to unify their options as a single unit and so putting
the results of their options into the real world, thus we have democracy established as
type of government.
The unification of the people’s options gave birth to a unique democracy incorporating
all the characteristics of the democracy that each and every individual had imagined and
followed. Again we see here that it is important for people to agree on a single option, in
our example is people believing in democracy, thus attaining the divine option for the
government, in our example is the establishment of a democratic government. For the
other types of the government, it also underwent the same process of formation and
establishment. The human factor is always important in the creation of a government. It
simple says that government needs the people to agree to choose a single and unified
option thus the establishment of the kind of systems of government.

Governments are then created for the sole purpose of trying to find the set or sets of
options that would lead man towards the divine option. The people created the
government to serve the people by fulfilling at the same time their personal divine
options, the divine option of man, the divine option of the society and the divine option of
the government itself.

How to attain political power

While for the politician leaders, Optionalism claims that those who are able to see options
of the future and has the capabilities of fulfilling it are those people who can be placed in
the positions of the government. Those who can offer options of the future, present action
plans and ways of achieving it are those who can attain political power. This concept is
true for what ever era in time we try to look into. Politicians can be in power if they are
able to convince the people to follow the future options they offer thus getting the
citizens sympathy and support as one united group. If a politician is able to convince
enough number of people to follow his proposed options for attaining their happiness,
fulfilling the divine option in all aspects, providing for whatever theological, social or
physical needs and many more- then that politician will surely secure a place in the
government.

A single person who has the ability to see the future and can suggest action plans and
strategies to achieve it but is not able to get support from the majority of the people will
never attain political power. That the person who wants to be in the government without
any backing will nothing be more than a single citizen following a set of options trying to
attain and fulfill his personal option.

How to remove political power

But, since options come in many types, and are omnipresent, then there will be those
aspiring for power who will see beyond the other options. If an aspiring politician failed
to fulfill his divine option of attaining political power, then that person will surely see the
corrupt option so clearly. If the person is that desperate to have political power, he will
surely decide to follow the corrupt option of winning a seat in the government. Also, a
person who was able to gain the support of the military, even if military is not the
majority number of the population, that person will surely fulfill his corrupt option.

In this situation, Optionalism does not condemn any who would opt to follow the corrupt
option. Optionalism is a philosophy where it sees the fulfillment of options as the greatest
good for man- not for gods, goddesses and the like. That everything history and the
present offers us, from past to present, are the results of fulfilling a certain set or sets of
options, including even the set or sets of corrupt options. What is good for Optionalism is
the fulfillment of the options, divine or corrupt, either natural or man-made. As long as
the options are fulfilled, everything is good for Optionalism.

Going back to the example earlier, the actions of a person choosing corrupt options are
then considered to be good actions since he was just following the options he saw in
order to attain his divine option of having political power. Fulfilling the personal divine
option through choosing the corrupt option is not impossible since it has already been
established that all options are interconnected with each other.

But that action of choosing the corrupt option will not be accepted by the people, even if
all of them already have fulfilled the Optionalist utopia. Why is this so? If the person
opted to follow the corrupt options in order to serve the nation (which in reality, it is not),
why will people still deny him the power? The interconnectivity of the options answers
the question, that the corrupt options fulfilled affect the options of those who were
defeated in the run for political power. Many options will be sprouting from that event,
but two meaningful options will surely be preferred. That the people supporting the
defeated candidates will unite and follow the option of revolution against the victor
(which will likely to happen) or the defeated along with their followers will do nothing
but to accept and work with the victor. The first scenario is more likely to happen, as
history, again, is our witness.

Many revolutions (as a result of following its options) took place that toppled down the
greatest of powers. The French revolution is one, where in it ended the rule of the
monarchy in France- which in turn started other revolutions to end monarchical rule or
quasi-monarchical rule. Optionalism sees monarchy as a result of following the corrupt
option because power is concentrated only to single person (or family). And that the
greatest evidence that monarchy is a result of following the corrupt option is mere fact
that power is hereditary.

Another example is the famous Philippine revolution of the South East Asia. This
revolution happened as it was influenced by the French revolution in some ways, though
it is not really the reason. The Philippine revolution took place to achieve freedom from
the oppressive ruling of the Spaniards as represented by the church- an irony because the
church should be the results of the divine option but their power were the results of
following the corrupt option. in this example, even if the person who attained power
through the corrupt options has intentions that are good, people will still opt to fulfill the
option of revolution because of the influences of some people. And of course, because
their happiness were not provided- which is the divine option for all

We had seen leaders offering their visions for their country, some failed and some
succeed. In the earlier times in Europe, from Caesar to Napoleon and many more, all of
them were able to lead their country by following and fulfilling their options. We had
leaders offering options for change. And now, in our contemporary time, we have leaders
offering their platforms and promises (promises are self created-options). As history is
our witness, most were able to fulfill their options- Gandhi of India, Chiang Kai Shek of
China, and of course Marcos of Philippines and others more. All those names mentioned
were able to get the sympathy and support of the people, that they made the people
follow the future options offered to them of course their were also names mentioned that
can be made example of on how one achieves power through following the corrupt
option.

The Best form of Government; The original Democracy

Optionalism cannot give the best form of government, but at least it can offer and suggest
an alternative, since man is rational and free to opt for any option he sees right. The
government Optionalism will be suggesting is the original government that man had
when he was created since the beginning of time- which is a sort of democracy under the
rule of an authoritative creator, provider, leader or which ever word you would prefer to
call God or nature. We must again go back to the idea that Optionalism adheres to both
science and religion- that the philosophy believes God to be the nature, and nature to be
God. The laws created by God are the same laws created by nature and the laws created
by nature are the same laws created by God- thus we have the natural laws.

There are two pre-requisites in trying to fulfill the original democracy. One is of course
the attainment of the Optionalist utopia. Also, the people must cut the connections of
their options towards the government except for one-that is to vote for their leaders. The
two must be fulfilled. If not, then the Optionalist government even if attained early, will
never be complete and so it will not work properly and orderly.

The best form of government to rule the Optionalist utopia is one where it gives the
people the greatest of all freedom in order to fulfill the divine option for themselves and
of course for mankind. The government must not worry for those who will be choosing
the corrupt options to fulfill their self satisfaction because the options of the other citizens
will give justice to it; aside from the laws to be implemented by the government itself.
But, the people must then agree to let the government also fulfill its personal divine
option- which is to attain the options of the future as was offered and agreed by the
people and of course to work for the Optionalist utopia. The people must not interfere in
any of the activities the government will decide to do-even if the corrupt options are to be
part of the government options in attaining the divine options for all. This is so because if
a single person opts for a corrupt option so to satisfy himself, then the only benefactor
will be himself. While if the government opts for a corrupt option, the benefactor would
be all of the citizens- thus satisfying the citizens of the Optionalist utopia.
The Optionalist Party and Laissez Faire

It is a must to make the government as the only single ruling entity and not make groups
of people or parties run their own complex departments. Thus, I suggest that there should
only be one ruling body- the Optionalist party of course. Why should there be only one
party ruling the Optionalist utopia? Because then if there are so many different parties,
attaining the divine option for the Optionalist utopia will take time if not be impossible. If
the Optionalist utopia were to exist in a multi-party system, then the future options
offered by the ruling body will be fulfilled after the passages of thousands or millions or
even billions of years since many parties of politicians in power will be scrutinizing and
questioning every move and actions taken and done by the government. Passing laws,
allotment of budget and any other political activity that will be done by the government
will never be achieved as along as there will be those other parties contradicting it. And
so, the Optionalist utopia must be ruled by one single political body, which is the
Optionalist party.

In exchange for the absolute freedom given to them, another thing that the people should
do is to let the government be- laissez faire. Why let the government be? Since the
Optionalist utopia houses the brightest mind around the world, the people should trust
their leaders to lead them towards the divine option of both the citizen and the utopia.
The people should not interfere to what ever the government will be doing; anyway there
will be only one society to work for which of course is the global society. So now the
question is asked, who will stand as the rulers of the utopia?

The Leaders of the Optionalist Utopia

The Optionalist utopia is a global society. All of the citizens of the world will be ruled
thus there is a need for not one but many leaders. Before attaining and living inside the
divine society, men should breed perfect beings (or almost perfect) with so little regard
on options of the physical things- food, drinks, money, and even carnal pleasure to
remove their natural feeling of procreation. These special breed of citizens would be the
first Aoptional beings. They should be given complete education of the different science
and religions of the world. They should be given everything, but taking good care that
hey will not make any sort of connection for material things. Instead, they will be trained
to rule the Optionalist society. It shall be inculcated in them that their greatest purpose of
being brought to life as Aoptional beings are to unite the world as one, show them the
right way of attaining the divine option for man, and to transform all citizens to become
Aoptional beings themselves. They shall become perfect in the sense that they are
physically fit, mentally gifted, and emotionally mature and have the capabilities to live
hundreds and thousands or even millions of years- because by the time the Optionalist
utopia is to be almost achieved, medicines and technologies to prolong the life span of
man have already been created for the first Aoptional beings. It should be clear that long
life span is not the only requisite of becoming god-like, thus the first to have the
capabilities to live long should be the first Aoptional beings because they will be raised to
rule the Optionalist utopia. There is a need to prolong the life span of the special breeds
because they need to learn so many things about man and the time to find the sets of
options that can lead humanity towards the divine option for all-including themselves. A
hundred or less of life span will not be enough for man to fulfill the divine option.

The special breeds will be chosen from the countries of the world- one representative for
each. The countries would then contribute to establish the first Optionalist society solely
for the purpose of raising the first Aoptional beings. In order to select the first god-like
being, healthy gene samples would be taken from each of the donors of each
representative of the countries. These genes would then be used to create the Aoptional
beings in a laboratory inside the Optionalist society. By this time, the idea of artificial
babies comes into mind. But as long as the genes are from the human kind, the life will
never be artificial. Why create life from the laboratory? Because if Aoptional beings were
to be selected from the naturally conceived, then there is a possibility that the
imperfections of man might put the future of the Optionalist utopia in jeopardy. The
imperfections of man must be removed so that the god-like beings will act like gods- not
caring so much for the temporary pleasure but to care for what is important to mankind-
the fulfillment of the divine option. As the Aoptional beings are growing, they should
then be given the freedom to co-exist with other beings aside from their kind so that they
will know the pains, sufferings and the needs of man. Since they are emotionally mature,
it will never happen that they will discriminate man from god-like beings because aside
from gene manipulation, education and training will forbid them to do so. In short terms,
the Aoptional beings will be given the knowledge that they were once human themselves,
and that they existed for the purpose of helping mankind. When the Aoptional beings are
old enough and wise enough to rule, then it is time for the countries of the world to form
the Optionalist utopia. The world leaders must then surrender all the powers to the
Aoptional beings for the belief that they are gods who are capable of leading them to the
true happiness- making all citizens Aoptional beings.

But who will stand as the head of the Aoptional beings? None. The first Aoptional
beings will be given a special place in the world- a sort of a capital of the world if you
may. In here they will live inside the first Optionalist society. It is also here where the
center of the government will be established. They will then live under the rule of direct
democracy for the reasons that: Their number will not be that great, and they are already
perfect beings working for the attainment of the divine option of man and of the
Optionalist utopia.

In conclusion

The Optionalist utopia then would be ruled with in this ways;

The people will be given the absolute freedom to follow what ever options they see as the
right path towards the divine option for self and for man. But in return for the absolute
democracy, the people should adhere to whatever the government says. Also, the citizens
should let the government do its work of attaining the divine option for all and for the
utopia itself- lassies faire in favor of the government. The government is then given the
power to do what ever it sees as the right even if resorting to the corrupt option; anyway
it will benefit the whole citizen. But the government, though seen as single political unit,
is ruled by a number of Aoptional beings. And these Aoptional beings also have a kind of
ideology they are following- direct democracy. And so in the society, citizens follow an
absolute democracy, while inside the community for the Aoptional beings they are under
direct democracy ruling the citizens in a sort of an aristocratic, dictatorial, and
authoritarian rule. An absolute democracy being ruled by leaders with absolute power
to do what ever they will while their community of Aoptional beings are under the
rule of direct democracy for the purpose of arriving at decision fast. This type of
government is only possible if the rulers are the gods themselves.
