APPREHENSION AND OPPORTUNITY A tractor is an engineering vehicle specifically designed to deliver a high tractive effort (or torque) at slow speeds, for the purposes of hauling a trailer or machinery used in agriculture or construction. Most commonly, the term is used to describe a farm vehicle that provides the power and traction to mechanize agricultural tasks, especially (and originally) tillage, but nowadays a great variety of tasks. Agricultural implements may be towed behind or mounted on the tractor, and the tractor may also provide a source of power if the implement is mecha- nized. Conventional tractor is powered by internal combustion engine (ICE), which burns liquid fuel for energy and distributes power to several points of consumptions (wheel drives, power take off outlets (PTO), hydraulics). Such ICE’s efficiency is under 35% and it requires a signif- icant amount of expensive fuel to preform useful work* and frequent maintenance of its complex mechanics used for power distribution and torque/speed regulation. It produces heavy noise and vibrations and finally, harmful gasses and particles coming out of its exhaust system pollutes not only air we breed but soil and plants it cultivates EXeRRY Company “Idvorsky Electric" strives to design, develop, prototype and finally lunch serial production of highly versatile, money and energy efficient, eco-friendly solutions of small and medium scale power electric tractors. These electric vehicles would retain all the function- ality of conventional tractors run by ICE, but with significant improve- ments in terms of efficiency, working performances, control, maintenance and environmental impact. Engineering and construction concept of our electrical tractor is fully reliant on electric drive train (mostly designated of electrical parts), providing movement and control throughout following innovative elements and technical features: ‘* Independent multi-wheel direct drive system with motors incorporated in each « wheel able to continually regulate traction torque, speed and steering of vehicle. Range of power for each wheel motor of same size would be from 8 kW up to 10 kW revelling the total power on wheel drives of 32-40 kW. * Specially designed integrated battery charger and drive of the multi-motor « system with overall efficiency over 90% Massive and easy swappable battery pack providing energy for considerable working autonomy and necessary weight of vehicle to achieve desired level of traction force. Intended battery capacity is from 100 kWh up to 150 kWh. * Separate motor dives for front and rear PTO (power take-off) outlets for agri- * culture mechanization implements as well as for hydraulic lifting system oF EXeRRY aa CUSTOMER SEGMENT Capability to respond on wide range of heavy-duty operations will allow Idvorsky tractors universal applications in not only food produc- tion process but also, wherever we find necessity for gentle impact on environment around it operates. Our customer segment would be well match with following groups of customers +1 litter of diese! approximately gives 3 kwh of energy for useful work with regular tractor efficiency EXeRRY % IDVORSKy, * Organic food producers who have almost zero tolerance to any kind of pollutants in their production process but who also requires lots of labour nowadays preformed only manually. ‘+ Indoor facilities tending plants + Sub groups of regular farmers engaged in orchards, vineyards, « plantations. + Urban community utilities - especially for use in city parks and green city zones « + National parks and nature reserves * Also convenient for special applications in industry, construction and mining. * & BENEFITS This platform is highly beneficial from economic, environmental and ergonomic point of perspective globally compering to standard tractors: + Excessively decreased cost of use - from 3 up to 8 times less cost for single full * electric recharge equivalent to diesel working autonomy*; + Almost total absence of maintenance costs - limited moving parts, without oil, engine overhauls, filters, chains, spark plugs... + No exhaust gasses and hydrocarbons contaminating soil and atmosphere; © + No noise pollution in tractor operations due to lower vibrations and nearly silent * work; EXeRRY GR POTENTIAL OF THE MARKET Trending development of electrical vehicles (EV) is constantly breach- ing boundaries and limitations of their use. Advancement of technolo- gies built in their essential parts (batteries, drive trains, motors, etc.) are allowing versatility of attended purpose and final utilization of EV. In next decade time from now, we could expect to meet as much EV with highly satisfactory working performance and commercial avail- ability as today have commonly used fossil fuel reliant vehicles. The total cost of ownership, high standards in food production process and environmental awareness are two key points for turnaround in favour to new concepts and technologies of EV. At the moment the greatest potential and focus is around electric cars (EC) and relating industries worth of billions with traces of exponential growth However, electric vehicles for construction, mining and agriculture will be a $30 billion market in 2025. Relevant report and benchmarks on this topic to find at nn cachexcomyeesachteponslecic eis forconsncton sare nding 2015:2026000412aveworeshowa Primarily wealthy and well-consolidated markets would be of signifi- cant interest. This mainly refers to the US, Western Europe, Japan and other first world country markets with customers in position to consider convenience and advantages of exploiting this product in a long term despite higher starting investment. Environmental aware- ness and high health standards in food production process must be also taken into account when confronting potential customers. In addition, countries with low price of electricity and higher price of gasoline would find this solution even more cost effective then using conventional tractor, which in total ownership cost spends about 65% of value only on expensive liquid fuel * Depending on the cost of electricity/cost of diesel rate in different countries TIMELINE Our product and business development plan intends to take its course according to image below. At this point, we have created detailed spec- ifications of necessary resources and estimation of their costs in order to reach full design of basic product model. First investment would cover design, intellectual property and other certifications, testing, prototyping and reaching readiness for production of zero series From that moment in 2 years’ time from now, we would require second series of investments or major partnership with established tractor manufacturer eager to accept our concept and technology to set joint venture production or buy off our licence for that purpose. EXeRRY PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Constructing of prototype would firstly imply investing in additional research and making a detailed design out of existing draft design and building real time hardware model together with supporting software. Along with the technical development of our product, we would maximize our endeavour to conduct our business development strategy at this stage until reaching MVP (short-term goal) and first revenue stream (long term goal). Currently, we are realizing early stage strategy that exercise mostly non-technical development. This concern of expending our team with highly competent members and advisors, shaping our business model, found raising, marketing, search of key partnership, etc. Finding key partnership, preferably with conventional tractor manufacturer to implement our technology or some further investors would be very much one of priority activities after reaching electric drive system prototype. In first 12-24 months we would use founds mainly on pay checks, infrastructure, purchasing basic and pro- fessional working assets and materials, covering research expenses, taxes and so on. RECOGNITION "Idvorsky Electric Tractor", managed to qualify for the finals of the prestigious competition "GIST Tech-I", that was held in June 2016, within the " Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES)" at the University of Stanford, supported by US President Barack Obama and the State department. "GIST Tech-I" is the annual competition of entrepreneurs with projects in the field of scientific and technological ideas that helps in transforming local communities but also with the potential that this innovation could bring global change and improve the world. Having qualified for the finals, our team participated the program that provides education and networking with experts from the relevant industry and large number of mentors, advisors and investors. This year, 1,075 teams from 104 countries with developing economies, sub- mitted their ideas and startup projects. After an intensive evaluation by expert panels and one-month global on-line voting, only 30 teams have qualified to present their project at the finals of this prestigious competition. "Idvorsky Electric Tractor’ is the only team from this part of Europe, who got the chance to advance to the finals.
