Issachar means "he will bring reward.

"
Speaking of the men who came to David at Ziklag,
1 Chronicles 12:32 says, And of the sons of
Issachar, men who understood the times,
with knowledge of what Israel should do,
their chiefs were two hundred; and all their
kinsmen were at their command." The Hebrew
word for understanding is bee-nah which
also means discernment, wisdom, perception
and knowledge.
Because of their knowledge and understanding of
the times, the sons of Issachar were made
keepers of the biblical calendar.
They were the ones who made known the
appointed times and seasons when Israel should
observe the feasts of the Lord. Since the Lord's
Feasts reveal God's plan and timing of His
redemption, the sons of Issachar had an anointing
which gave them a unique insight into God's
timing of things past, present and future.
Their knowledge of God's word caused them to
become the primary cultivators of Israel's spiritual
treasures, and their counsel and interpretations of
Scripture were received as authoritative. With this
anointing of understanding the times, they knew
what to do, and they moved with God to establish

Davids kingdom. The Lord granted them an

anointing to understand the prophetic timing when
He would take the kingdom from Saul and give it to
David (1 Samuel 15:22-28).
An Issachar anointing understands the
timing of God, the government of God,
carries the burden of the Lord, and releases
the blessings of God into the earth realm at
every season.
THE WORD BECAME FLESH AND DWELT AMONG US.
There is a point of Vibration at which thoughts become things.
Every thought believed and regularly spoken with conviction WILL become
a reality and this is true for an individual, a family, a community and a
nation.
Gen 1
In the Beginning (in God in His eternal thoughts) God created the heavens and the
earth.
-The Heavens would later become the source for man to originate his
thoughts and manifest them in the earth.
-And the earth was without form (It had not taken material shape yet!) and God
SAID let there be! And both heaven and earth took form.
John 6:63
63 It is the Spirit (of God within) that makes alive, the flesh profits nothing. The
words (speech, revelation spoken, rhema, releasing of what is within) that I speak to
you are spirit and are life.
-The words that Jesus spoke declared from his mouth from His Spirit are spirit (they
are containers of heavenly intent, the origin of thoughts and words) and
they cause life (manifests in the material) The flesh, human effort profits
nothing! It is the spirit filled words that makes alive (causes material realm,
realty to appear or make alive)

In other words the Spirit of God in Jesus that He releases through words cause
reality to be formed.
John 1:1-3
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was
God.
2 He was in the beginning with God.
3 All things came to be through Him, and without Him nothing came to be which has
come to be.
In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with (In) God and the word was
God.
-There is no separation between the Word both speech and nature of God. (In God
was a thought that become a word and become material which had the
same substance as the source from which He came from)
This can also be understood to mean God first had a thought and then
expressed the thought in words that caused the material and invisible
realms to take shape, even though He kept some things in the Invisible
realm to be brought into the natural realm, in the same way buy us by the
use of Words and that is why Jesus is the Material embodiment of the Word
of God literally becoming His own Word in the natural realm for us to
understand just how powerful His word is.
It can reproduce after its own kind the very Word of God spoken in the
earth becomes God Himself in the earth!
That is why verse 3 says All things came to exist through Him (the principle of
speaking to create in the natural) and without Him (a picture of speaking or
speech that comes from the thoughts of God, or His revealed Word) nothing
can come into being in the material realm.
The down side is that God gave us His image and likeness and authority in the earth
therefore since His Spirit lives in us , the words we say they are spirit and they are
life and we will have whatever we say!
The only requirement is that we believe what we say whatever it is, we will
experience it.
This is why the word of God comes to change what we believe about Him
and ourselves, because it will affect what we believe, say and experience
in our lives.
Romans 8:31-32
31 What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?
32 Truly He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how
shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?

If we have Christ in us through the finished work on the Cross, then we are
supposed to receive WITH Him FREELY given to us ALL THINGS which we earlier
have seen come through the spoken word.
Psalms 107:1-2
1 O give thanks to the LORD, for He is good; for His mercy endures forever.
2 Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, whom He has redeemed from the hand of
the enemy,
This psalm is prophetic in application to us because Christ is our redeemer (One
who pays of an obligation in an act that brings another into a family line,
like marrying the widow of a relative, paying a price that gives access to
an inheritance)
It further instructs us to SAY SO, we must declare not only what God has done for us
but also what we have become, our new status.
