BEFORE:
1. Obtained
baseline vital
signs
especially
blood pressure
and respiratory
rate.
AFTER:
2. Continuously
monitored the
IV site for
infiltration,
phlebitis.
3. Changed IV
site after 48
hours to
prevent
infection.
4. Regulated
the IVF as
prescribed.
