Ford Aspire vehicles with an F3A transmission have a steel plug in the case inside of the
servo bore. This plug is staked in at the factory, and often falls out of its hole when the servo is
disassembled. If this plug falls out and the hole is not plugged, front clutch/servo release oil will
be exhausted and the result is a 3rd/reverse slip, or no 3rd/reverse. It is not critical that this
specific plug be reinstalled, but the hole must be plugged off.
