Act Immediately: Spend this token to take your turn immediately.

Bonus to Roll: If used before a roll is made; this token grants you a +8 bonus to any one 3d6 roll. If used after a
roll is made, this bonus is reduced to +4. You can use this token to grant this bonus to another character, as long
as you are in the same location and your character can reasonably affect the outcome of the roll (such as
distracting a monster, shouting words of encouragement, or otherwise aiding another with the check). This
token spent to aid another character grants only half the listed bonus (+4 before the roll, +2 after the roll).
Cheat Death: A character can spend this token to cheat death. How this plays out is up to the GM, but
generally the character is left alive, with negative hit points but stable. For example, a character is about to be
slain by a critical hit from an arrow. If the character spends this token, the GM decides that the arrow pierced
the character's holy symbol, reducing the damage enough to prevent him from being killed. The character can
spend this token in this way to prevent the death of a familiar, animal companion, or special mount, but not
another character or NPC.
Choose a Token: Search through remaining tokens and pick one you want, and then return this token to the
hoard.
Declare a Story Detail: Sometimes, you want to add a detail that works to your characters advantage in a
scene. For example, you might use this token to narrate a convenient coincidence, like retroactively having the
right supplies for a certain job (Of course I brought that along!), showing up at a dramatically appropriate
moment, or suggesting that you and the NPC you just met have mutual clients in common.
Force GM to Reroll: Spend this token to force the GM to reroll a 3d6 roll he has just made.
Get a Hint: You can spend this token to get sudden inspiration in the form of a hint, clue, or bit of help from
the GM. It might be a way out of the villains fiendish deathtrap, a vital clue for solving a mystery, or an idea
about the villains weakness. Its up to the GM exactly how much help the player gets from this hint and how it
manifests, but since this token is a very limited resource, the help should be in some way significant.
Maximize/Minimize a Die: This token can be used to maximize a single d6 that you just rolled or minimize a
d6 rolled against you.
Pull Two Tokens: Randomly pull two new tokens and then return this token to the hoard.
Reroll a Die: You may spend this token to reroll any one die roll you just made. You must take the results of the
second roll, even if it is worse.
Take Additional Action: Need one more action in a round? Spend this token and it is yours.
