An Exclusive Office Bearers tour to Alleppy,Munnar and Cochin
A club service was planned and organized from the 2nd to the 7th September 2014. It
was a tour to Alappi, Munar and Kochin with 45 office bearers. Frankly, this was
the second most awaiting event of the year, after installation. The tour was well
planned and organized. We happened to cover almost all tourist spots within a
short period of time. One day was spent in Alappi, where we had a life time
opportunity of staying at a resort in an isolated island. One of the best experiences
any of us could ever get. By the end of the day we had campfire and DJ night
which was when we saw the extreme height of extravaganza. The next two days
were spent at Munar. All rotaractors enjoyed the peaceful environment and loved
the climate of the place. The last day of our tour was spent at Kochin where we got
to see the traditional culture of the state and the people. For the limited amount of
time and money that we contributed, we in turn had ten times more fun and
excitements. All rotaractors were happy and at the same time very sad that we had
to return back home!
