The Town of Pendleton completed a Downtown Revitalization Plan focusing on the economic growth of a historic downtown and a connection between
the commercial core and nearby Falls Park. Pendleton Avenue and an existing alleyway were studied as potential connection opportunities. Amenities such
as streetscape improvements, public gathering spaces, additional public parking, wayfinding signage and an upgraded pocket park were all highlighted in
Pendletons 115 page formal report document.
Brad aided the design process for all landscape and streetscape site designs, as well as the design for a downtown gateway feature and wayfinding signage. He
completed all technical line drawings, plan renderings, sections and the Downtown Revitalization Report adopted by the town in 2015.
