DESIGN PHILOSOPHY
The raw water is pumped with a pressure of 1-3 Kg/cm2 to pressure sand and activated Carbon (PSAC)
filter from raw water storage tank by a centrifugal pump for the removal of suspended particles, turbidity,
free chlorine, color and smell from raw water. PSAC Filtered outlet water will be dosed and antiscalant on
line with adosamatic to prevent scale Formation in R.O. Membrane, there after passed through 5 micron
filtered water will be pumped to R.O. System with a pressure-boosting pump. Under high pressure water
will get separated in to two streams called product and reject. Reject water contains high salts, organic
matter, suspended solids, Bacteria and virus to be drained line. The ultra pure product water will be
collected in a food grade storage tank and blended with treated water to meet mineral water standards.
This blended mineral water will be passed UV stabilizer to kill blended water bacteria and virus
before packing into Pouches, Bottles and Cans.

Shall be RS: 85,000/- (eighty five thousand only) the above given price is ex- go
down Hyderabad.
