after visited the plant on 2 months. I have made this project on my own and with my best efforts.
I have followed all the rules and regulation of Prof.V.B.Shah Institute of Management, Kolba
Farm Pvt. Ltd. and Veer Narmad South Gujrat University while preparing this industrial training
report.

PREFACE
Success = Knowledge + Hard work
Practical Knowledge is the best experience to understand the theoretical aspects of any field the
university give me this best opportunity so that I can acquire college has provided industrial
training at SURAT in Gujarat.
The students are compelled to take the industrial training in any industrial unit as far an
S.Y.B.B.A. is concerned each student has to be under the training for 2 month. During this period
they are analysis and interpret the various departmental visits like personal department, finance
department and so on. In this report I have tried my best to include all the information collected.
Thus I take this as my privilege to have an opportunity to make project on this kind. This project
report is result of co-operation from the company and our hard effort so in respect of our
practical training. I am presenting this report.
In finance department company growth increased as compare of 2010 and 2011 year. Company
sale product to wholeseller so here supply chain is wholeseller to retailer to customer. Company
have good skill employed so in that they give better salary and provide facility and security for
their health care. For manufacture a product company used own machine for all process.

opportunity of industrial visit. I get opportunity to take training in such a reputed company.
I want to thank the company KOLBA FARM FAB Pvt. Ltd. For giving me permission
for industrial training for 2 months. I want to give specially thanks to company for giving me
facility to study each and every department with enthusiasm. I specially thank all the member of
company who gave me permission and gave all the detail regarding about the company which
increase our knowledge.
I thank Mr.Pravinbhai Pambhar(Manager) for giving me important guidance & sufficient
knowledge. He really provides a strong base to our project. Without his guidance and supervision
it is really not possible for me to make such a report.
