Field Operations
Certified Dell Service Provider on Laptop and Desktop Computers and Printers for Home or Business
Customers. Provided service on various contracts for all none warranty computers, Lexmark and HP printers.
Maintaining Point Of Sales systems. This includes the server, router, hubs and network printers (IDS and non-
IDS) .Banking equipment being maintained are coin and currency counters, check encoders, teller printers and
network printers. Teaching these systems to new technicians and running the repair bench between service calls.
Service Technician
Maintained low volume Xerox copiers.
IBM support for their new Info Print System using AIX software for IDS printers.
Senior Field Engineer
Maintained IBM, STK, CITOL, Amdhal, Seimens, Roll Systems INC.,
Hunkler and Wallace Roll Feed Equipment in High Security Government
Installations.
Customer Service Engineer
Responsible for maintaining banks of Siemens printers models 2200 (Mod’s 1,2,&3), 2300 (Mod’s 1,2,3,&4),
2030 Mod 4, and 2140 (Mod 3&4) high speed printers. Integrated new and refurbished
Siemens printers into the existing printer base. Co-authored the
Field Service Maintenance Guide, a manual used by field service
Engineers to perform PM’s and adjustments of printers.
Lead Senior Field Engineer
Supervised junior level engineers performing installation and configuration of new computer and related
electronic equipment at various locations throughout the United States. Provided training for problem analysis
and migration of electrical and mechanical components, system upgrading and configuration modifications.
Resident Field Engineer
Responsible for testing, trouble shooting, and implementing repairs and modifications on the Beale Air Force
Base’s Univac 1050 II system. Lead Production Test Technician.
Monitored the performance of circuit cards and mini-computers
