Dear madam,
Subject: Refunding of excess amount paid towards affiliation fee- Reg

We would like to bring to your kind notice that our trust had remitted
affiliation fee for starting a new MBA college of total amount

Rs.540,000/-

(Challan Nos. 6925, dated: 15/09/2015)for three sections (180 seats) for our
proposed campus situated at survey # 75, Muttugada halli, Jala Hobli,
Bangalore North , Bangalore - 560 064. But Bangalore University had rejected
our application for not obtaining the NAAC in your letter ACA-3:A3:S.N:201617.

Based on the request made through our application dated 04-02-2016

your kind self had permitted us to reapply for the MBA course. Now our
trustees have decided to go for 2 sections of MBA.
Hence we request you to adjust our affiliation fee of Rs 360,000/- for two
sections (total 120 seats) from the amount which is already remitted to
university. We now request you to refund the remaining excess amount of
Rs.180,000/- (one lakh eighty thousand rupees) from the affiliation fee which
has been paid in this connection.
Please consider our request and do the needful.
Copies of challan and permission letter are attached with this letter.
