RESOLUTION no. 1, s. 2016

A resolution requesting the parents of Don Enrique Bustamante National High to finance the
production of students ID for the School Year 2016-2017.
WHEREAS, the SSG Officers have observed that there is a need to impose the wearing of
school ID cards strictly on the students of Don Enrique Bustamante National High
School; and
WHEREAS, the SSG Officers wanted to provide a cheaper school ID for the students; and
WHEREAS, the SSG Officers will take charge and provide work force in the production of the
school ID; and
RESOLVED AS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the SSG will request the school administration to
finance the production of students school ID which will include ID card printing and
ID lamination; and
RESOLVED FURTHER, that students will pay PHP 20.00 for their school ID picture; and
RESOLVED FINALLY, that the money involved shall be subject to proper liquidation and
auditing.
