certo que todas as mensagens sero enviadas. O motivo para isso que o barramento CAN do veculo no suporta todas as mensagens.
Ao instalar o RTG com o FMS Version 03 em veculos mais antigos, sero enviadas
somente as mensagens existentes de CAN disponveis no barramento CAN, que so
descritas neste documento.

Os limites dos nmeros de srie do chassi para as diversas verses de FMS esto indicados mais adiante neste documento.
IMPORTANTE!
No permitido fazer conexo com nenhum outro conector nem outro barramento
CAN. Uma conexo incorreta pode causar o mau funcionamento das funes normais do caminho. O caminho pode at mesmo parar e precisar ser rebocado.

veculo
Esta seo lista os requisitos para a comunicao CAN com a unidade de comando
da RTG no barramento CAN externo. SAE J1939 forma a base do protocolo, mas
grandes partes no foram implementadas. Essas partes so SAE J1939-81 (Network
Management), partes principais de SAE J1939-73 (Diagnostics) e partes de SAE
J1939-21 (Data Link Layer).
SAE J1939-81 Network Management

O espao para o endereo em um veculo Scania fixo. Por causa disso, no h necessidade de o Network Management ser descrito em SAE J1939-81.
O endereamento fixo usado de acordo com .
Endereos da fonte para equipamento que no costuma pertencer ao veculo seguem os requisitos em J1939, ISO 11992 ou OBD/EOBD.

SAE J1939-21 Data Link Layer

SAE J1939-21 define cinco tipos de mensagem:
Commands - No suportado.
Requests - No suportado.
Broadcast/Response - Todas as informaes disponveis so enviadas periodicamente.
Acknowledgement - No suportado.
Group Functions - Proprietary messages och Multipacket messages, TP.CM,
TP.DT, so suportados.
Nota:
De acordo com a seo 5.2.1 SAE J1939-21, Revised Version July 1998, os bits prioritrios em identificadores de mensagem devem ser separados e ignorados pelos receptores.
Diretrizes gerais
Unidades de comando conectadas a um barramento CAN devem ser capazes de
tratar de at 100% da carga do barramento CAN com as mensagens corretas sem
limitaes funcionais significantes ou funcionamentos incorretos.
Em circunstncias normais, a carga do barramento CAN nunca deve exceder
80%.
Evite fechar os laos de controle sobre a CAN, porque o tempo de acesso garantido relativamente longo e laos de controle rpidos requerem muita largura da
banda. Se os circuitos de controle fechados pela CAN ainda forem necessrios,
eles tero que ser plenamente capazes de enviar as mensagens CAN necessrias
usando apenas metade da frequncia de transmisso.

Conectores e cabos
Conectores e cabos
A Scania no usa conectores de acordo com o SAE J1939.
A Scania usa cabos de pares torcidos (torcidos 40 vezes por metro) sem proteo
ou revestimento. As propriedades eltricas (resistncia, impedncia, capacitncia
etc.) esto definidas em .
A Scania usa uma seo transversal de 0,75 mm2 para cabos dentro da cabina e
1,5 mm2 no chassi. Os conectores CAN (e pinos ECU) fora da cabina devem ser,
de preferncia, chapeados de ouro.
As seguintes cores e marcas so aplicveis para os cabos do barramento CAN externo: CAN_H deve ser azul e CAN_L deve ser branco. Para evitar enganos, importante que os cabos mantenham suas cores durante a vida inteira do veculo.
CAN baixo deve ser marcado como CAN_L e CAN alto como CAN_H.

A topologia basicamente um cabo de barramento com os ns conectados ao barramento CAN com, no mnimo, 0,1 metro entre cada n.

O comprimento dos cabos no pode exceder os 30 metros (cabo principal) entre

o conector no caminho e a unidade de comando com o outro resistor de terminao.
Se houver mais de uma unidade de comando conectada, o comprimento dos cabos
entre o cabo principal e a unidade de comando no pode exceder 3 metros.
Os cabos devem ser o mais curto possvel para assim minimizar o efeito da interferncia eletromagntica.
O nmero de unidades de comando na rede externa do FMS no pode exceder 9.

Resistores de terminao

Dependendo das outras unidades de comando conectadas ao barramento CAN, deve

haver um resistor de terminao de 120 Ohms na unidade de comando que deve ser
conectado interface para FMS para encarroadores.
Se a unidade de comando no for conectada com um resistor de terminao interno,
um resistor externo ter que ser conectado o mais perto possvel da unidade de comando; veja a ilustrao.

Terminao de um barramento CAN externo

Para que a comunicao CAN funcione sem interferncias, preciso que haja um resistor de terminao de 120 Ohms em cada extremo do barramento CAN. Verifique
se h um resistor usando um multmetro. A resistncia deve ser 60 Ohms (dois resistores de 120 Ohms conectados em paralelo).
Diversos sistemas podem ser conectados ao chicote de cabos do barramento CAN externo. Certos sistemas tm um resistor de terminao embutido e outros so interminados.
A tabela mostra quando h um resistor de terminao no conector C137 ou na unidade de comando conectada ao C137.

Validao de falhas na comunicao (Time-Out)
Validao de falhas na comunicao (Time-Out)

Evite a comunicao CAN quando a chave de partida estiver na posio travada ou
na de rdio. Tambm evite a comunicao CAN durante a sequncia de partida de
unidades de comando conectadas ao barramento CAN externo.
Durante a operao normal, quando a chave de partida est na posio de conduo,
uma mensagem no poder ser validada como ausente (time-out) at, pelo menos, 5
vezes o prazo da mensagem. Um tempo de validao da falha mais longo permitido.
Durante a sequncia de partida do motor, quando o motor de partida est virando, a
tenso de alimentao pode ser extremamente baixa. Por isso, a comunicao vinda
da unidade de comando da RTG no pode ser garantida durante essa sequncia. Por
essa razo, no podero ser definidos cdigos de falha relacionados comunicao
CAN com a unidade de comando da RTG quando a tenso do sistema estiver abaixo
de 18 V.
Quando a chave de partida virada para a posio de conduo, a unidade de comando de RTG comea a enviar mensagens dentro de 10.000 ms. Uma mensagem enviada da unidade de comando de FMS no pode ser considerada ausente at aps 10.000
ms + 5 x do prazo da mensagem. Exemplo: Se uma mensagem tiver um prazo de 100
ms, no pode ser considerada ausente at aps 10.000 + 5 x 100 = 10.500 ms. Tempos de validao da falha mais longos so permitidos.

Os endereos da fonte contidos na tabela so usados para mensagens enviadas desde
o barramento CAN interno do veculo para o barramento CAN externo atravs da
unidade de comando do FMS. Esses endereos no podem ser usados por outras unidades de comando na rede externa. Isso pode resultar em conflitos e funcionamentos
incorretos na rede externa. Enquanto a tabela mostra os endereos atualmente em
uso, mas ser possvel adicionar endereos no futuro.
