Bishop's House, Meempara, St. Thomas Catholicate Center,
Meempara.

The 1st petitioner is the vicar of St. Thomas Jacobite Syrian Church, Nechoor
and 2nd and 3rd petitioners are the trustees of the above said church. The Expected
Applicants are raising frivolous and undue claims in respect of the administration of the
church. Hence we filed O.S. 295/08 before the Munsiff's Court, Muvattupuzha against

them. It is apprehended that the Respondent/Expected Applicants are taking hasty

steps to file frivolous Appeal suits or petition before this Hon'ble Court so as to get
interim orders of reliefs against us by suppressing material facts. Hence it is humbly
prayed that if the Expected Applicant file any suit or inter-locutory Application before this
Hon'ble court no interim orders may be passed against the Caveators before an
opportunity of being heard.

2. Left nothing be done in the above matter in respect of which the caveat is
filed.

The cause of action for the matter may arose at Maneed or Piravom Villages
which are within the territorial jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court.

The Caveators above named undertake to forthwith serve notice of the caveat by
registered post with acknowledgment due on the expected applicants/petitioners.
