SANYA
19. The FLAS for RVSM-approved & RNP-10 compliant ACFT from HK FIR to Sanya FIR via P901 southwest bound:
F280, F300, F340, F380, F400 and F430. For northeast bound: F270, F290, F330, F370, F390 (no coordination 16012300 UTC), F410 and F450.
20. The FLAS for RVSM-approved & RNP-10 compliant ACFT from Sanya FIR northeast bound via M771: F270, F310,
F320, F350, F360, F390 (no coordination 2301-1600), F400.
21. The FLAS for RVSM-approved & RNP-10 compliant ACFT from HK FIR to Sanya FIR via L642 southwest bound:
F280, F310, F320, F350, F360, F390 (no coordination 2301-1600), F400.
22. ACFT non-RVSM approved but RNP10 compliant entering HK FIR via A1(W)/P901 : F270 or F450

VMMC
27. The transfer altitude for flight landing VMMC on RWYI6 (INDUS): M0270
28. When information is received from Macau TWR that an aircraft has executed a missed approach RWYI6, ACM shall
immediately inform: MCU
29. The transfer altitude for traffic from ZGZJ/ZJHK to Macau landing RWY 34 (ROMEO): 6000 ft
30. TFC via MCU LDG VMMC RWY 34, Zhuhai transfer to HK at 7000 ft.
31. The longitudinal separation 20 NM applied to traffic:
i)
from 'POU' VOR to Macau landing RWY 34 (MCU);
ii)
from ZGZJ/ZJHK to Macau landing RWY 34 (ROMEO);
iii)
from HK FIR to Macau via Zhuhai landing RWY16 (INDUS)

32. The operational minimum BTN arriving TFC handed over FM HK ACC to Macao TWR:
i) 10 NM (ii) 15 NM when Macao declare RWY 34 ILS CAT II Low VIS OPS.
33. For Macau RWY 16 arrivals, transfer of control messages shall be passed by HK ATC to Zhuhai ATC: 10 MIN prior to
ETO INDUS.
34. For departures or diversions from HK for Macau RWY 16, transfer of control messages shall be passed by HKATC to
Zhuhai ATC: 5 min before 'INDUS' (1800M).
35. Macau RWY 34 MAP, ACM shall immediately inform COO.
36. VMMC DEP (RWY 25/34) SIDs of DT, EL, EN, NN, SN: SOUSA3U, CONGA3U and GRUPA3U.
37. According to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) supplementing the LOA; when MCU DVOR/DME is NOT
serviceable, for traffic via POU or NOMAR landing Macao RWY34, transfer from Zhuhai APP to HK ATCU shall be
effected at: ZAO VOR.
ZGSZ
38. The transfer point for VFR flight between Shenzhen and HK: LKC (2000 ft or below).

40. The transfer-of-control points and levels for flight from Shenzhen to HK/S.E. Asia: (primary) 'SIERA' F120 / F110 (both
subject to prior co-ordination), (secondary) 'LKC' 7000ft / 6000ft both SUBJ coord.
41. The procedure for clearance request for flight departing from Shenzhen overflying HK FIR: (l) give COO a LKC warning
strip with SSR Code (2) inform ZGJD of the time slots (3) amend the LKC time in FDPS (4) print a strip with point of
boundary for the relevant sector.
42. The transfer point for training/special flight (non-CASV FLT) approved by Guangzhou CAAC between HK Int'l Airport
and Zhuhai Sanzao Airport and vice versa: Waypoint 'F'
43. The transfer-of-control point and altitude for flight OVF HK to Shenzhen: 'LANDA' F110 (PRI) 9000 ft (SEC, SUBJ

ZGGG
48. The transfer altitude for flight departing/overflying HK landing ZGGG: BEKOL/S0420(primary), S0450(secondary);

49. The transfer altitude for flight departing from HK/Macau overflying Guangzhou FIR: S0690 X BK/S0480 or above.
50. The transfer altitude for flight entering HK FIR via SIERA: F190, F210, F230 (LDG VHHH); F230, F250 (OVF VHHK).
51. The longitudinal separation for SIERA traffic (if one or both landing HK/Macau): 16NM.
52. According to ATFM, flow at SIERA: 5NM.
53. The criteria for 5 min separation for traffic from HK to Guangzhou FIR via BEKOL: diverge at 'SHL' VOR to join G47l
and A46l respectively, or at 'YIN' VOR to join G586/B330 and A46l respectively.

58. For flow management purpose, 16NM shall be applied at BEKOL/TAMOT/IDUMA BTN two ACFT LDG ZGGG
(irrespective of LVLs.) LOA ZH4 - coordination with ZHU.
HELI
59. The minimum longitudinal separation for IFR flights of South China Sea Oil Rig at the same altitude and along the same
track in controlled airspace: 10 min. For VFR tracks 5 min longitudinal separation is required.
60. For returning from oil-rig to base, the minimum longitudinal separation between an IFR helicopter and a VFR helicopter
at SESAN is 5 min irrespective of ALT.
61. The transfer points for flights of South China Sea Oil Rig : (1) between HK and Macau for VFR route 'VW':
'UNIFORM', (2) between HK and Zhuhai for IFR route Track 'D' : 'ROMEO'.
62. The altitude for flights of South China Sea Oil Rig within 50 NM of CH flying VFR: 2000 ft or below.

63. The altitude for flights of South China Sea Oil Rig outside 50 NM of CH: below 8000 ft in controlled airspace.
64. The entry and exit point of VFR & SVFR CASEVAC flight from ZGGG/ZGUH/ZGSZ to HK and altitude: LKC (not
above 1000 ft).
65. The transfer point for IFR CASEVAC flight from ZGGG/ZGUH/ZGSZ to HK and altitude: LKC (7000 ft). For return
ferry flight: BEKOL (M0180).
66. When handling TNR of Track VH (Dapeng) (either S-bound/N-bound), AC shall inform FIS & COO (RWY07 DEP) /
RWY25 ARR).
67. Oil-rig HELI OPR IFR FLT via 'ROMEO' S-bound (Track 'D'): obtain approval FM MCU before accepting the transfer
due to possible conflict with IFR TFC to/from VMMC.
68. VFR Route (CASV A/C) between VHHH & ZGSZ/ZGGG/ZGUH -: HK - ATZ - CTR TUM LKC ZGSZ/ZGGG/ZGUH & v.v.
69. South China Sea Helicopter operations Base to Rig 5000ft (Track H SESAN) 4000ft (Track D ROMEO). Rig to Base
4000ft (Track H SESAN) 5000ft (Track D ROMEO).
TPE
70. The separation for flights on G581, A1, G86 and M750 destine for airports within Japan: 30 NM (except both A/C via
B576).
71. The separation for flights on Al and M750 destine for airports in North America: 5 min.
72. According to the LOA HK/TPE, during periods of total communication failure between the Taipei Area Control Centre
and adjacent ATCCs caused by typhoon or other emergencies, the Taiwan Air Defense Authority requires the temporary
closure of ATS Routes: A1, M750 and B591. In this event, the ATS Route which is available for overflying traffic to
transit Taipei FIR: G581.
73. A revision to Taipei is necessary when an estimate for the transfer point differs by: 4 min or more.
74. (REF HK/TPE LOA) For flight level change, unless the aircraft will terminate within HK or Taipei FIR, prior coordination is required if the aircraft is: less than 12 min to the FIR boundary.
75. For TFC on M750, WI RVSM airspace, FLAS LVL: F290 (block btn 2300-1159), F310, F330, F350, F370, F390, F410.
76. For TFC on A1/G581 Taipei FIR to HK FIR, WI RVSM airspace, FLAS LVL: F300, F320, F340, F360, F380, F400
77. For TFC on G86 TPE FIR to HK FIR FLAS LVL: F300, F340, F380, F400
78. For TFC on G86 HK FIR to TPE FIR FLAS LVL: F290, F330, F370, F390 (for landing in TPE FIR only), F410
79. Unless with prior co-ordination, ACFT proceeding from HK FIR to TPE FIR on ATS Routes A1, G581, G86 are required
to reach LVL not later than 20NM before ELATO and KAPLI respectively.
MNL
80. For flights entering HK FIR from Manila FIR with the following one cruises at faster speed (irrespective of cruising
Mach number difference), the longitudinal separation: 10 min at FIR BDRY.
81. A revision to an estimate of an aircraft at the common boundary of Manila and Hong Kong FIR shall be issued if the
revised estimate differs by: 4 minutes or more.
82. TNR to be passed at least 20 min before SN/NN. At least 30min before ASOBA.
83. REF HK/Manila LOA, No LVL CHG shall be made after transfer without prior coordination.
84. (Ref HK/MNL LOA) Non-RVSM ACFT on A461/A583: F270 or BLW.
85. For TFC on A461/A583 MNL FIR to HK FIR FLAS LVL: F300, F340, F380.
86. For TFC on A461/A583 HK FIR to MNL FIR FLAS LVL: F290, F330, F370, F410.
87. For TFC on M772 FLAS LVL: F300 and F380.
Others
88. Wake TURB CAT for B752 & B753 is M.
89. RVSM airspace: F290-F410 both inclusive.
